Being a mobile mechanic these manifolds are a must. I have used these about 2 dozen times and they continue to do there job. They are straight forward on how they work. Makes the job much easier. I love the container they are stored in. Hard plastic not some bag. I would recommend to anyone who works on A/C .

I initially paid a shop $100 for charging my AC with freon and my compressor blew. I needed another charge and didn’t want to pay $100 again so I bought this system. It worked effortlessly and I saved a mint. With the help of YouTube I charged my AC and a few friends AC without problem. Great item!

Package well and good value for what you receive.. ended up buying two of them.

UPDATE: I was given a FULL REFUND! The seller contacted me about my review. They apologized for what they saw to be true shortcomings of the product. They explained why the product is sold the way it is. It mostly has to do with shipping restrictions. They were very polite and apologetic in their writing. I never once asked for a refund but they offered me one anyway. I explained that I cannot return the product as I've already used it in such a way that it can't be returned in it's original state. They told me that's not a problem and for me to just keep it! Next thing you know, I got a full refund. I literally never even asked for one! This is a seller who stands behind what they sell! Purchase with confidence, people. I will leave this at the top of my review so it doesn't get buried at the bottom. All parts work as they should with some requiring a little bit of struggle. Especially the valve that connects the refrigerant can. That thing was giving me a very hard time leaking out of the packing nut. Eventually got it to seal. The kit comes with no vacuum pump oil so I had to go to O'Reilly's to buy a bottle. Make sure you let them know it's for the vacuum pump. Guy at the store kept trying to sell me refrigerant oil. They're not the same thing. This kit would be much more dummy-proof had it just supplied it's own oil. Last thing is that there's no valve at the top of the yellow hose. So after you vacuum your system and you connect your yellow hose to the refrigerant, you've now got some air in that hose and there's no way to purge it out before you send it into your AC system. That's pretty frustrating. Looks like you're getting some air in the no matter what. Overall, 2/5 stars because it does work as it should. But with some frustrations. I would recommend buying a different kit with a purge valve and a bottle of vacuum pump oil.
