The product is flawless, and it feels great to finally get hands-on with a PlayStation after being a long-time desktop gamer. It does take some time to get fully comfortable with the controller, but I’m enjoying the experience. However, one thing I noticed which other buyers also mentioned in their reviews is that the packaging wasn’t up to the mark for a brand like Sony. Even the accessories seemed to be placed in the box in a very casual, almost ‘take it or leave it’ manner. This is disappointing, especially for a premium product like the PlayStation.

The PlayStation Store is easy to navigate, and downloading games is quick and hassle-free. Plus, without the need for discs, everything feels more streamlined and clutter-free.
