I recently had a craving from when i worked in Västerås for knäckebröd with some smoked ham, peppers, cucumber and cheese but something was missing! Swedish mustard! I stumbled on this brand and gave it a try and this is exactly what i was looking for and just like the little glass jars id find in Sweden. Highly recommend for all your smörgåsbord needs!

We tried this mustard after purchasing and reading Marcus Samuelsson's Cookbook Red Rooster. It was a Mustard that he grew up with in Europe. It has a sweet taste for a Brown mustard, but we like it. It is not available in any of our markets.
