This bottle of Lutein from Sundance arrived to me as shown on the listing here. The bottle’s label has information about suggested use, etc. There is a mention on the bottle that it is Laboratory Tested and Non-GMO. The bottle contains 30 softgels and the suggested serving is 1 soft-gel daily preferably with a meal. Each 1 softgel contains 20mg of Lutein and 1mg of Zeaxanthin. I found these softgels easy to swallow and I’ve noticed nothing out of the ordinary about them.

I don't know if it's due to getting older or just being more health conscience overall but I find myself reaching more and more for all sorts of supplements.This one is no exception as my eyes have aged right along with the rest of me and glasses are now an everyday necessity.I don't want them getting any worse if I can help it at all so I take these daily and I do feel like they are helpful.Overall satisfied with this supplement.

before this, i was taking an a-reds2 for a few months, but then stopped about 2 months ago, since taking it gave an almost extreme excess of vitamins in total. i was looking to try a lutein only supplement to go along with my omega 3 + eye drops routine for dry eyes and decided to try this out.the pills are basically flavorless, small so easy to take, but otherwise ive noticed no real change. i feel as though since taking this, my eyes have gotten worse. they feel a lot more dry lately, im starting to get that burning dry eye feeling which hasnt really ever happened. im not sure what could be causing it, but the only real change is taking this lutein supplement. the lutein here does not seem to be useful like the lutein blend from my previous a-reds2 supplement. im unsure if continuing this is worth it, but i will continue to do so in hopes that eventually itll "take effect". will update this if i notice any postive changes for these last 2 weeks worth.

Have not used this brand of Lutein before but this is a much lower cost alternative ($7 at time of order) compared to the brands sold at supermarkets or pharmacies. Good for eye health maintenance even if you don't have any particular vision issues. Effectiveness is not immediate however - any results might take at least a month to be noticeable. For that matter wish it'd come in a more convenient longer than one month supply. Expiration date for this product is Nov 2026.

Having recently decided to add lutein to my supplement regime, I find this gel pill with 20 mg of lutein exceeds my set daily amount of the supplement. The gel pill is small and very easy to take with water. It has no taste, neutral, not grassy as in many vegan pills today. I have not had any ill effects (like sour stomach) from taking the pill. I take lutein to support my general eye health and with 20 mg of lutein this pill has double the amount I normally take in individual pills. Good price point as well for lutein.
