It's between an "It's OK" and a "I Like It"
For reference: I typically wear a US size 33-34 in jeans and I'm about 185lbs. I ordered the XL. I must agree with some of the other reviews. I wish there was more of a pouch. If there was I could probably wear these all day. The fit is fine, not too loose, not too tight. There is a lot of stretch to the material, which is very thin, but the boys and the tall guy feel kind of confined due to no actual pouch. I ordered the black. It's not totally see through but enough to make it sexy looking for the woman in my life (I hope). Anyways, I'll keep it. I'll usually wear something like this on a Friday or Saturday night and once we get into the bedroom garments of this style somehow don't seem to stay on too long. ;) Hope this was helpful.

The bad: The pouch is a bit smallThe Good: I am 34" and the over all size was chart was good. Quality was good and the fabric was nice.Summary: Over all they are fine however I seem to be a bit large for the pouch so if your like a snug fit they should be fine.

I'm a 38/40 waste and the XL was still just a tad small
I'm a 38/40 waste and the XL was still just a tad small. The pouch could also be a bit bigger as I consider myself average size and some still sticks out.

Amazing super smooth and soft super-light seamless thong for a dude
I have to say I've been looking for a seamless thong made for a dude and that's not an easy task. I've purchased other thongs but after a while they tend to bind in the rear and can be quite uncomfortable by the end of the day. I've been looking for something similar to the super-thin laser cut thongs they make for women. I almost purchased a woman's thong (Calvin Klein Women's Invisibles Thong Panty) which was reviewed well for a guy, but I found this on amazon and decided to try it. I am amazed. The black thong is semi see-through, but not too bad. I can not speak for the other colors.This fit well. I ordered a medium and I'm 5ft 11in with a 34 in waist. This thong holds everything comfortably and I can't even tell I'm wearing it all day long. Its quite liberating. The thin material is soft and soothing. I love how it feels. I'm ordering 5 more. The wife loves the look too and can't keep her hands off me! Not a bad problem to have if you ask me. Guys, give it a try. I think you'll like this. Ladies if your looking to purchase something sexy for your man, he's sure to like the look and feel of this.

Feel is nice, material is thin and cheap.
I ordered the largest available size (XXL) based on the fact that these are clearly manufactured in Asia and do not account for the larger builds of American men. I'm 6' 1" with an average build and this size is quite snug around my 38" waist. The material is also very thin. Can't imagine these lasting past about three washes, but the material is soft against the skin.

great for under workout shorts
My workout shorts are clingy, so I wanted something that didn't show panty lines (yes, even men can show them). This works just fine for that purpose. Its also very comfortable, within 10 minutes of putting them on I forget I'm wearing them. Might need to order more.

No support for the boys.
Bought a size up after reading reviews. The pouch isn’t really a pouch and did not offer much support at all. I was literally falling out of it by the end of day. Wore them once and threw them away. Nice material just no support at all.

I LIKE THE IDEA OF A SEAMLESS THONG, AND THE FIT WAS JUST ABOUT RIGHT. WATCH YOUR COLORS THOUGH; THE PICTURES ARE DECEIVING. I WANTED A LIGHT BLUE/ICE BLUE, AND THIS WAS NEARLY WHITE.
