Did the job and worked! Love the two cord options. Btw, looking at some comments of buyers of this product and just wanted to say: Water does not belong underneath the removable basin, in fact nothing goes underneath the basin, the basin is where you put your food in to heat it

It is a great purchase. I purchased this for my husband who works out in the heat/cold. He has said that it's perfect and does what it advertises. I will definitely plan to order another in the future. Good thing is they have different colors to chose from and the size isn't huge at all. I love the fact that it came with a bag lunch box as well to keep the lunch box in. If you have a blue color husband/wife, you have to give this a try because it will change the way you eat your lunch/dinner, etc.

The item arrived on time, undamaged, and was exactly as depicted/described. The lid is a little flimsy, imo, and it would be nice if it was a bit thicker. That is the only reason for 4 stars. There is a nonremovable sealing ring, as of now it does its job. I put water in the container and tipped it on it's side and upside down, it did not leak. That said, I don't expect it to be in any position than upright, but I won't hesitate to put soup or gravy in this container.

My husband loves it! I saw some reviews say their's burned but my husband says it works just fine and never gave him problems. It have been 2 weeks of use now and so far so good

The materials of the thermal bag are low quality and it doesn't last. However, the container worked well, just slow in heating stuff. If you have the option of using a microwave, it will be way faster than this.
