I ordered a set of these and received one as a Christmas gift this year. The first set arrived in perfect condition, they are packed for shipping really well. I was very surprised when my gifted set arrived and 3 plates were broken. I sent an email that night explaining my situation. I was emailed back within the hour and received amazing customer service. They received the pictures of my broken plates and started the process to ship replacements. Within about 3 days I received a replacement set. I am extremely satisfied and impressed by the level of service. The dishes themselves are beautiful, and look stunning in my kitchen. I like the weight and thickness of the plates. I do wish the bowls were slightly deeper, but that’s a personal preference. So far I’ve had no issues with cleaning them, both in the dishwasher and by hand. They have a nice clear coat and wipe clean very easily. They don’t stack perfectly, but I kind of like the more rustic style of the plates so it doesn’t bother me, my husband disagrees. So that might be up to your preference as well. All that said I think these dishes are a great set and worth the price. I am very happy with my purchase, and extremely pleased with the customer support.

These are beautiful. I bought the light/beige-blue, (think robin's egg blue). We love the raised edges on the plates, and the bowls are perfect sizes. It's nice to be able to purchase dish sets that don't automatically come with cups/saucers. They are very sturdy and easy to clean. They might feel a bit too heavy for arthritic or frail hands.

I love these dishes! Strong, durable, easy to clean, the perfect thickness, microwave safe but the dishes do get hot, they stack so nice, I love the different sizes especially the pasta bowls, and oh so beautiful!

Love this dishware set! It’s beautiful and durable, and I really appreciate the lip on the plates — it helps keep food contained on the plate (especially with kids!). The bowl sizes are great too. So far no scratches, and everything has held up perfectly in the dishwasher. Highly recommend!

Love how thick and good quality they are, but for some reason I believe the color is starting to come out in some parts. I wonder how long they will last. They won't heat up in the microwave like regular ceramic will. So far, they do quite well in the dishwasher. Not sure if i recommend it yet.

We ordered these for our holiday festivities. The quality of the material is durable and beautiful. Our package arrived with a few of the pieces broken. We contacted Customer Service and they quickly sent us replacements in time for the holidays. We are very happy customers.

The plates arrived securely packed and in perfect condition. They are thick, heavy, and feel well-made. I ordered the circular teal and black 32 piece set for 8 people. The colors are deep and truly lovely. The photos don’t do them justice. Due to thickness, they do take up a significant amount of space in the cupboard, but it was easy to rearrange things to fit them in. They are microwave and dishwasher safe and work well. Overall, I feel this product offers great value for the price and I am happy with my purchase. Highly recommend!

Firstly I'd like to comment on the packaging. Individual pieces were separated by cardboard and packed tightly into boxes, which were then packed tightly into one large sturdy box to prevent movement and reduce likelihood of damage. That said, a side plate was scuffed which I don't believe was done in transit. Possibly marked beforehand and missed. However the company put a contact sheet in the box and ask you contact directly if any problems. I did, and received an immediate response. Offered a discount or replacement. I opted for replacement which duly arrived a week later. All good. The set is very pretty, lovely colours, appears to be sturdy and good quality. Very happy with my purchase.

Qualitativ wirklich hochwertige Teller und als wäre das noch nicht genug, steckt hinter dem Händler ein Kundenservice, dem man am liebsten mehr als fünf Sterne geben würde. Eine Reklamation lief völlig unkompliziert über WhatsApp, und keine zwei Tage später waren die Ersatzteller bereits bei uns. Schneller, freundlicher und professioneller geht es kaum. Die Teller selbst sind schön schwer, fühlen sich sehr wertig an und machen optisch richtig etwas her. Sie wirken robust, elegant und alltagstauglich zugleich. Fazit: Top Produkt, außergewöhnlicher Service; eine Kombination, die man heute leider viel zu selten erlebt. Absolute Kaufempfehlung.
