Applied Nutrition Pump Zero Pre Workout - Zero Stim, Caffeine Free, Energy & Performance (375g - 25 Servings) (Fruit Burst)

I've been using Applied Nutrition Stim Free Pump Pre-Workout for a while now, especially because I work out in the evenings and want to avoid caffeine before sleeping. It really delivers when it comes to enhancing my workouts. The pumps I get are phenomenal—full and intense, almost to the point of being painful, which I love. However, there are a few minor downsides. About 5-10 minutes after taking a serving (2 scoops), I experience a significant itching sensation on my face. This itchiness peaks around 20-30 minutes and usually wears off after about 30-40 minutes. Additionally, I sweat noticeably more during my workouts. Despite these minor inconveniences, the incredible pumps make it all worthwhile. The energy boost is modest compared to a caffeine-based pre-workout, but it's sufficient for my needs. In terms of value, taste, and overall effectiveness, this product is impressive. It's a solid choice for anyone looking to enhance their workouts without the added caffeine.

Decent stuff this! Good strength, give yous tingly skin so opens up all the blood vessels ready for your work out! Tastes and smells great! No caffeine in this so no crash or anything form this bit the downside is no increased focus and energy from this product but that’s just I am after

This definitely gives me a pre-workout boost. I've managed to push myself longer & harder after this. The flavour is actually very nice like a fizzy juice. Like others I do get a bit of itchiness around my face particularly mouth after drinking. But I've noticed this is much less if right after drinking I wash my face with cool water. I workout late evening & am easily able to fall asleep after.

Like most of you, I've gone through a journey with pre-workout. And this product is what I've landed on and stay faithful to. I love that it's both stimulant-free but also gives me a good pump to carry me through my lifts. Good taste and mixes really well. I see no reason to ever switch to another brand/item.

Excellent pre. Tastes great not bitter like some. Gives adequate stim without caffeine. All good ingredients.

In my experience of using this product, it was definitely a performance enhancer but not actually a pump enhancer. If anything the pump was less than I am used to without any pre-workout. However, I did notice a significant difference in the amount of reps per set I was able to do, the recovery between sets, and the repeated performance across sets and across the workout. I was good for 2-3 more reps than usual per set across the board, and maintained that output throughout the workout. Insofar as the pump went though, I just didn't get one. For a product that is advertised as the pump being the primary benefit I found that off. It may be that i as an individual just don't respond to in that way to those particular ingredients. Which is actually fine, because I like the performance boost and ultimately lifting more weight for more reps is what drives muscle growth so I'll be sticking with this as my pre workout of choice. Flavour is sweet but pleasant, if you care about that sort of thing.

This is great for my late evening workouts, I train at 6pm till 8pm but want to be sleeping by 11 so no caffeine is great, I add bcaas to it and sip this through my workout, this is cheap enough so buy bcaas separately and your sorted, tastes great and great ingredients to push you through a tough session 😎💪 make sure you chose correct caffeine free flavour as i once tried a different flavour and it had caffeine on it and fried my brain I sold it to a work colleague 😆🤷
