I like the fact that this stuff is virtually tasteless, but it only has marginal effect on my daily regularity. I still have to supplement this with things like high fiber foods like a handful of prunes and a cup of morning coffee.

I've added it to my first coffee of the day for a couple of days now and I can't taste it at all (I drink it black)! Typically, any powder supplement stands out in black coffee, but not even a hint of it. Already feeling lighter and less of the daily compaction. I'm excited to be able to add fiber daily with this option.
