Why not, based on medical literature (I’m NOT an MD).
Easily swallowed. Solgar never disappoints- while I’ve begun use somewhat recently. 5-stars for ease of swallowing, & MD suggested. Haven’t noticed improved physical health-

Much more endurance
I don't feel more energetic, but I don't run out of gas in the afternoon. I am able to physically work harder and longer with less fatigue. These are the best thing I've tried, even better than testosterones pellets.

100 mg is a smaller capsule so is easier to swallow
But, need to take two per day. I take my vitamins/meds through the day so two per day is no problem - especially since easier to swallow. Seems to work- I don't get leg cramps from cholesterol-lowering med.

Arthritic fingers can’t tear at perforation/so cut at perforation
i couldn’t open package by tearing at perforation- so suggest tear OR cut atperforation ?Delivery was fine!
