I started running consistently and having this Theraworx has been absolutely essential to my recovery. Works fast and doesn't leave a strange, sticky film. Works well!

Seems to be effective if I use this the instant I feel a foot or leg cramp starting. It provides no relief for me if applied after I already have a bad cramp.Smells great though, no wintergreen smell that I really do not like.

I don't have one negative thing to say about this roll on cream. Maybe it's a placebo effect or maybe not but my husband and myself both have used it and we both agree it works so great! It is amazing to use especially at night and its just calms down my feel and gets rid of that pain and hurt that I feel. I have read the ingredients so I know this stuff works and I can just tell it does. Being in a roller ball form is great for also massaging it into your feet and helping relieve some of that pain.

Foam bottles leak, but the roller on seem not to.

Nighttime muscle cramps are the worst, this product actually works well on mine. The roll-on top makes it easy to apply and the formula is just the right stuff to help. The price is right and the product works.

It's the perfect size to roll on your foot or leg, and since only a small amount is needed, it should last a long time. It has a very light clean scent to it, which is so much better than the menthol smelling roll-ons I've used in the past. I noticed that it has the same ingredients as the highly-rated Theraworx Relief for Muscle Cramps so you can also use it on other cramping muscles besides your feet. It rolled on clear, dried fast, and felt good on my cramping calf muscle. I get leg cramps at night and this will be a game changer. I highly recommend this roll-on cramp relief.

The Theraworx Fast-Acting Foot Cramp Relief Roll-On - 2.5 Oz bottle arrived complete sealed. The expiration date on the bottom of the bottle is 10/2025. The ingredient that is suppose to provide relief from joint aches/stiffness is magnesium sulfate (Epson salt), but it is not clear how much magnesium sulfate is in this solution.I am having some Plantar fasciitis pain in my foot and hoped that this would help. This product glides on very wet, and it takes a good 5-10 minutes to dry / absorb. The webpage description does mention this. I did not feel any sensations after applying this, and it doesn't have a very strong scent. I did not notice any pain relief after the first 4-5 uses, so am continuing to apply this to see if it is effective.This roll-on ointment may be more convenient that soaking sore muscles in Epson salt, but not sure that it is as effective.

It's not everyday that my son or husband gets foot cramp, so this is a remedy for just in case. Since we don't have the issue while this item arrived, we can't say how well the pain relief works and if it can tackle the pain fast. The scent is very pleasant, however, it's not like minty smell, but like some kind of cosmetic product. The roller bottle is big and sturdy, and the cap has ridges on it for easy opening. I think this is a nicely designed item, if it works fast when foot cramp happens. I'm going to leave a 5 star review for everything until it proves me wrong.
