I’m amazed at how much this has improved my gut health. 10/10 would purchase again. Easy to use, no bad flavor and it dissolves easily. I put mine into smoothies. It will change the texture of your smoothies though and make it fluffier so watch out for that.

LOVE this product! I learned of it watching Dr Eric Berg on Youtube. This is a great product! Clean and I noticed a difference in my health using it for the better.One thing that is a bit hard to deal with is that you need something like coconut oil or honey to emulsify/mix it before adding your coffee, otherwise it's just really clumpy like non dairy creamer acts when you add it to coffee and clumps!This is a great brand! I think you will love it! I bought the 1lb version after trying the 4oz size!

This is what I do to integrate the powder well into my hot chocolate: mix the colostrum with a spoon of ghee and chocolate powder before adding the hot water. Make sure the colostrum is integrated into the ghee and cocoa. The cherry on the cake is that you get the ghee to integrate well into the hot chocolate as well. It doesn’t float up to the top as it otherwise will. You’re welcome. 😉

This stuff makes my brittle thin fingernails stronger. Has a slight vanilla taste.

Does not dissolve well , lumpy and difficult to drink

Easy to drink mixed with milkA little hard to mix it in at first but after a few with a fork or mixer it’s dissolved.I like to add 10 grams to my cereal each day.Hoping to have it help me regrow hair and maintain my health like a baby cow.Tastes great like really good milk.Enjoy

It wasn’t the best choice for me. I did better with a capsule. I can’t speak to the efficacy because I didn’t use regularly due to my preference for a capsule. It boils down to preference I guess. The pricepoint was very reasonable.
