With increased circulation it like being young again. You have more stamina. I know take with water. No sugar drinks. I have DVR bad circulation. Just tried one with water on empty stomach. Worked faster and better. FYI. How works for me.

Do not purchase this product. I took the first dose and felt like I was going to die. Awful headache, major heart burn. The next day I couldn’t hold my head up. To top it all off it doesn’t do anything else for you.

This product worked as claimed but faster than I thought I followed some advice to drink some warm water with it. This sped up the process quick. Woke up next morning like a 18 year old for round 3. Amazing stuff!

These are great. Keeps me up and going far better than other brands I’ve tried. I thoroughly recommend.
