I took my first tablet, and my forearm became red, then legs burning red, I'm at the hospital!Then later I searched and so few poeples that had the same in the reviews.It is a niacin flush!!Vit b3 can give you that. Normally nicotinamide don't . But niacin do.Anyway.Now I know that if I take 1 tablet. I will feel red and burning for 1 hou and alf approximately. Then Normal.
