Easy to use and worked as described.

This is easy to put together, and is extremely tall. I'm 5'2, and can use this to reach my gutters. I did have to bend the yellow head more to get it to scoop into the gutters, but it didn't do a great job. It would have been less time and effort to climb a ladder and scoop it all out.

I have lots of trees that shed "stringies" in spring early summer and leaves in the fall. This gutter tool worked great for me, light weight, has ample length / reach etc. Highly recommend.

I was hoping this gutter cleaning brush would save me the trouble going up on the roof 2 times a year. Alas, this is not to be. While the extension pole itself is indeed 10ft long and is quite sturdy, the brush bends too easily, so I cannot get it into the gutter all the way, and then every gutter bracket bends it out of shape. I suppose this is still better than nothing, but I cannot call it a thorough gutter cleaning by any means. On the other hand, the brush was quite useful in getting the leaves off the roof as well as scrubbing dirt off the flat portion of the roof we have on the house. -2 stars because the tool failed at its primary purpose.

Overall this product works okay. It is not the product's fault, but when you use it, the gutter has a rod that keeps the gutter stiff. This rod is cross-wise to the long gutter rail every 3 feet. As a result when you use this (or any brush) brush you will hit the rod(s) while trying to remove the debris from the gutter. So you will have to constantly try to flip out the leaves when you hit the rod. This makes for a tiring job constantly flipping the leaves out. Not sure what would be a better solution when cleaning the gutter from 8 feet below. You get two (2) brush heads and they are bendable to get inside the gutter.

Wasted my money on this gutter cleaning tool. It’s awkward to use…the metal tubes that attach to each other do not screw on tightly like they should; instead they annoyingly “rotate” so that the yellow brush on top turns around and around as well. As a result, you can’t get a good grip as you try to clean the gutters! It’s basically useless unless you tape the detachable metal tubes together. The only way to actually clean the gutters with this tool is to STILL get on a ladder; without a ladder, you don’t know if the bristle brush is really cleaning anything up!
