I purchased this product after a visit to my podiatrist because my very dry, calloused feet made walking painful. While asking him about a good foot cream that could help soothe my feet, he went on line and found Urea 40% plus..... He informed me that Urea is a wonderful healer of skin, and a 40% consentration was the highest percentage that can be purchased without a prescription. In addition, this foot cream was about 1/3 the price of another foot cream I had been using, so when I got home, I ordered it on Amazon, and received it within 2 days.I’m quite pleased with Urea 40% plus, but I wish it was more readily available in local stores. Other than that, I consider this a great product.

I have had a severe eczema problem. I have used prescription meds, over the counter meds, and lotions with negative results. I used this product for 3 days and my hands are almost completely well. Thank you so much

This works fantastic on healing and eliminating thick dry skin. I use it on my daughters feet to keep that yellow dry skin from developing. It took a couple months to get the ruff dry spots to go away, and as long and I treat her feet three times weekly (after a shower is perfect) the dry skin doesn't come back. Her case was fairly mild, so it would take longer for more severe cases, but it does work at keeping skin from drying out, and the urea is also anti fungal, so that helps keep fungus under control as well. I don't like the "sticky" feeling left behind, so I don't use it on the palm of her hands or the very bottom of her foot - unless needed, and I always put socks on her after to keep from getting any residue on the floors or carpet. You can rinse it off after it's had time to soak into the skin, I use a wash cloth the remove the stickiness from palms and bottom of feet if needed, but I don't wash it off with soap. Besides the sticky feeling it's amazing. All Urea products will leave a sticky feeling behind. The higher the Urea content the better at softening super dry skin and callouses the product will be. I find the Hyaluronic Acid does add additional moisture as well. I've tried the other Urea 40 products and this is my favorite for keeping severe dry skin at bay.

My husband legs were in a terrible scaly state. The dermatologist suggested the 40 percent gel cream (I thought the added acid might help.). It did. We are extremely pleased. I have a cupboard of lotions that didn’t work.

My mom has pretty bad cracked heals. On top she is diabetic. This cream did wonders to her feet! highly recommended and very impressed with this product.

I have used 40% Urea creams for a few years, by a Dr prescription. My ins. didn't want to cover it anymore so I tried this one. My hands had a lot of cracking with this product. I have since purchased another brand from Amazon that is much better! That one is " pur source"
