Recently, I've started taking organic beet root for its potential health benefits in capsule form, and I have to say I'd much prefer it in gummies. As a busy individual myself, it's just convenient and easy to take without the need for water which is required with capsules. Also, it tastes delicious to me with a subtle blueberry flavor, not overly chewy, and well tolerated. In my opinion, I've noticed an increase in my exercise endurance. I can't say for sure it's the sole contributing factor, but I believe at least in part. Long term benefits remain to be seen though. I think the price is reasonable, and I'll probably buy it again.

I like these Simple Life Nutrition Organic Beet Root Gummies. They came in a clear plastic bottle with a strip of plastic around the lid, and a vacuum seal across the top of the bottle. The expiration on my bottle was in the latter part of next year. I've been taking two of the gummies each morning for several days now. They are star-shaped and have a pleasant flavor, much like the fruit snacks I share with my grand ones. I've tried regular beet root powder before, but I admit I got a little overwhelmed with tracking it and figuring out ways to use it or foods to add it to, so I fizzled out with using it. These little gummies are much simpler, and easier for a beginner like me. I can't pin down my health effects so far, but I haven't had any particularly low energy days since I've started taking these.

Came in a 60 gummy bottle. Bottle was plastic sealed around the cap and sealed under it. Bottle came bar coded, stamped with Lot ID and best by date of 9/2025. Product is distributed by a company based in Cornwall, PA. Instructions state to take two gummies daily. Each serving provides 1500 mg of beet root from 30 mg of 50:1 extract. Labeling indicates product is GMO and gluten free and is manufactured in a GMP certified facility.Inspection did not reveal any off odors, scent or appearance. Flavor is nice. I did not experience any digestive or allergic reactions. I personally felt a nice little energy boost with these. I will update this review should I experience any additional discernible effects whether positive or negative.

These beet root gummy taste good and are easy to chew. I chew two a day and I think it is a good additional supplement to my daily diet.

Beet root gummies have a flavor that is pleasantly sweet but not too sweet. The chewiness is just right as well, which is great because I hate it when gummies are either too hard to chew or too sticky. Helps with my energy levels as well; as a natural insomniac this is super important to me so I'm glad to have found these.

So overall I think these are okay. They are sweetened with maltitol solution (sugar alcohol) which is awfully sweet for my tastes and can cause tummy troubles for some people - so know your reactions.They are 1,500mg of beet concentrate per serving (two gummies) which is decent compared to the alternatives. The flavor is fine (albeit sweet as I mentioned) but nothing special - doesn’t really matter with a gummy.In the end I will try these as an alternative for my exercise recovery beet powder I’ve been using. Hoping it’s a good recovery agent since I’ve become a believer when it comes to beets…. (I’m growing half my garden as beets to dry and make chips - so slightly obsessed)
