It was suggested by a friend, who knows me well, that as I am aging (quicker than I would like); that I might benefit from Shilajit. Having never heard of the product or the benefits, I did some research and found that this is an incredibly powerful and potent way to increase energy, libido, and relieve weakness and fatigue; so I thought it was worth a try.After searching a bunch of different products and reviews, I thought I would try it and the one that caught my eye was from Ambica ... it had a good price (with discount) and great information on the benefits and origins of this Himalayan hidden treasure. When I received it, the first thing that I noticed was how well packaged the product was ... it was almost as if it came from Apple. So I thought this is a good first impression. I was provided with some guidance that said to take the Shilajit with some warm milk and honey, which I did. The taste was a little surprising, but made me feel like this has to be legit, since it truly tastes like something that has been preserved in those prestigious mountains for many years if not centuries.I have been taking the recommended dosage, 250 mg (small spoonful - seen in the picture), 2 times per day. I immediately noticed the increase in energy, but am fairly skeptical when it comes to things that I cannot find scientific research on. After more research, I did find several articles from the NIH on its significant increase of Testosterone and other similar articles that purported the various benefits including Men's Health.I have continued and am continuing to use this magic elixir as I have felt and seen a significant increase in all the beneficial aspects that are noted for this ancient medicinal remedy to aging and overall health.I am very happy with this particular product and have truly found the benefits to be incredible. I would recommend, especially for men who are aging (I don't know any who are not); as it gives back a lot of what the years have taken from me (us).
