Amazing value for money.
The item is very well packed with the table facing down, on very substantial cardboard, reducing frame damage. The stand was packed on top of the frame, again on card with dedicated slots for the tubes.Fairly easy to set up, but I did need to adjust the Riving knife as not set to the blade, the removable saw blade plate was bent and and too low, fairly easy to correct and get flat.Could not set the tilt at both stops to the degree setting 45, when you have zero set 90 and set the indicator, plus the blade also needed adjustment both ends, again, fairly easy.Everything else was spot on.Shame there is no feet on the bar that rests on the floor, but I used a 40mm length pumping pipe, to clip over it.A shame it does not come with the dust out for a bin, piped setup is a bit cumbersome going to the blade extraction.End support is a bit flimsy compared to the rest of the quality.

Very versatile and large table expansion.
Great price for a very versatile table saw, that some more expensive brands do not have. This is a well thought out and designed machine and it has a unique ability to fold up and put into a small corner of your workshop.Let’s be honest the build quality is pretty good but not top notch, very small imperfections but nothing drastic to effect you using the machine with confidence. The mitre sliding strip has a small side play of around 4 m.m. which I have fixed with a small strip of metal sticky tape (Speed tape) attached to the underside of this sliding table. To help you assemble this table saw,be sure to check out a YouTube video by Russell Platten…he is very good at the assembly. As for me I had trouble with the very last bolt to go in on the tubing,I fixed this by shaving a little bit off the plastic spacer…which worked for me.When it was all finally assembled,I tried to cut a test piece of 7 ply wood.Wow ! I was so surprised how quiet the machine was,and it made a perfect cut.I also checked how level the aluminium table top was and it was perfect. Also checked and adjust the rip fence in relation to the blade disc which was spot on,and the 90 deg of the blade disc to the table which was also good.Hopefully this machine will serve me well for years to come, only time will tell about its reliability and durability. So for me I think this machine is very good value for the price, considering other more well known brands are about £200 more.A very useful addition to my Hobby wood working garage.Recommended to the person on a tight budget, you will not be disappointed for this price.😃😃😃

Decent bit of kit, but not perfect
This took a long time to put together - a bit over two hours. One of the bolts had no thread (I had a replacement handy).Overall, it seems good solid bit of kit, but I find that the guide rail can slip a mm or two, so you need to pay close attention if you want precision cuts. I've been using an additional clamp to hold it in place. The large bed and cutting range is fantastic - it can take a lot of weight and gives a good clean and square cut up to 650mm (plenty for a cupboard door, or whatever). The dust hose doesn't do much (if anything) unless you attach a vacuum.Just be aware that it is large and awkward to move around - I made it in the living room, but it was too big to go through the doorway on its wheels, so I had to drag it out sideways after removing the blade guard.

Best of the Best
Best saw I have bought loads of good features well engineered and the stand makes it so easy to move around good dust extraction I highly recommend this productNoise level better than some other reviewers said, and accuracy of the cut is spot on

A cracking saw loaded with features.
I’ve e been using this saw for about a month now, and can honestly say it’s fantastic for the price.Compared to other saws around the same price range (and even more expensive), it is loaded with great features. I especially like the sliding mitre sledge, and the easily adjustable fence which can quickly be removed or repositioned for wider cuts up to 650mm.I have several tips before you get started with it however. Firstly take a look online for videos from people who have used it, they are very useful and help you set it up.Once out the box and assembled “calibrate” all the settings, ie blade vertical and 45 degree alignment, riving knife alignment, fence to blade distance reading (I find the scale is correct for the narrower fence setting but not for the wider setting). Also check the height of the blade’s throat plate. I had to adjust most of these settings before use.On to things I don’t like about the saw, there aren’t many but the main one is the cover over the top of the blade, it’s made of plastic, feels flimsy and gets in the way, I removed it almost immediately and if you have the suction pipe connected to it too it only gets in the way.Next, on the R255TBL you get a 90 degree elbow for the dust exhaust port, but on this the + model you don’t, you get a twin outlet T instead designed to attach a vacuum to. I taped up the right angle outlet on this to leave the straight through outlet open then simply pushed on a 90 degree kitchen waste pipe elbow to blow the dust down into a bucket. The only other gripe is as I mentioned above, the scale for the fence distance is spot on when reading on the narrower scale, but once you switch to the wider setting it’s is about 6mm out meaning you have to keep double checking distance to blade with a tape measure. In conclusion, the saw is loaded with features you don’t even find on more expensive saws, it’s great to use and makes nice clean cuts, just set it up first.

Easy to use
Amazing piece of kit for my first table saw. Easy to set up and easy to use.

Accurate. Great value. Quiet.
Miles ahead of other budget table saws that hobbyists might be tempted to buy. Once I'd made a minor calibration to the fence, it was ready to go. It's accurate, the blade that comes with it is surprisingly decent and is much quieter than my outgoing old 10 inch saw. The fact that it has the universal mitre slot size is a massive plus, as most cheap saws have the strange slim slot that no decent accessory will ever fit.
