Camping/outdoor trip essential
Haven't left a review in a long time but I loved this product! Looks very rugged and built well. Love the wireless charging for my phone (although unfortunately it only does 'fast' charging and not super fast for samsung)I have another portable unit which is cable of plugging into, however thisnhas a differnet purposem. It's not too big, can easily take to family outings, bbqs etc. For camping, I didn't even realise when buying, but it also has a super bright LED!Overall, very happy

Excellent product and service.
I was looking for a off grid solution to using my cpap machine. After researching several options including the likes of Ecoflow, Jackery etc I came across Easylonger. I asked Ecoflow and Jackery what products they had which would power my cpap for a minimum of 3 nights. Their replies meant that I would need to spend over a £1000 to achieve this. Not only does the ES960 last a lot longer than the competition (min 5 nights) it is also a fraction of the cost and much smaller.I ordered the ES960 and was not disappointed. I can also say that the customer service is second to none. An issue occurred with my ES960 which was resolved supremely well by David in their service team.In short I would highly recommend Easylonger 5*

Use it as UPS for my Resmaid airsense 10. Tips provided to make it work.
It is an heavy piece of kit. It has his flaws but if you understand how the device works it is brilliant. The main reason I bought it is to power my Resmaid airsense 10 at night when at home and want to use it as a cheap UPS. I have a lot of power cut especially during storms. The device allows pass through but you need to understand how it works. More on that later. I also want to use this device when I’m away and have no access to the main electricity to power my airsense 10. Obviously while away no humidifier and heated tube to minimise power consumption. I will have to find a way to recharge the power bank somehow while away but I haven’t tested that yet.The provided charger adaptor is rated at 40Watts. I disregarded it as my plan was to charge it through the PD port at 60 watts. At 60 watts is more than enough for the airsense 10. As I have an Apple MacBook Pro charger that can provide 60 watts I was fine. I bought a 100 watts USB-C to USB-C cable (with display so can see the power drained from the charger). The device comes with the DC-DC cable for the resmaid 10. You select 24V ourput and the airsense turns on. This works fine.As mentioned above I charge the power bank using the PD port. When charging you can charge the device at 60 watts. Something to be aware is when the power bank is full with no drain the power bank stops charging which is fine. But if you start draining power from the device while the PD cable is still connected, the device won’t charge automatically. This is a drawback. Unless you start you cpap and unplugged manually the PD cable and reconnect it the charge won’t start. If you do it then the pass through will work and even if the battery is fully charged while passing through it will carrying on passing through until you stop the cpap machine. As I didn’t want to do this each night I got myself a digital timer plug socket. As I never go to bed at the same time each night I have programmed the timer in that way to make sure it will always work:At 22:00 power on - if the battery not full for whatever reason it will charge. If full the power bank won’t charge. At 23:00 power off.At 23:01 power back on.At 00:00 power off.At 00:01 power back on.Repeated that pattern up to 3am.Then at 7:30 power off. This is to make sure no power is sent to the power bank during the day. This helps maintaining the internal batteries.Programmed that way I can start my cpap at any time without worrying about pass through. Worse case scenario the cpap will run on battery for 1 hour until the pass through starts. So far it worked very well. In fact every morning the power bank was full and on the charging cable display I could see the power used was only for the cpap needs.I have tested the power failure scenario (power cut and power back again) and it works perfectly. At home I use the airsense 10 with the humidifier and heated tube with that setup and it works fine. Some cons:The battery gauge display is not accurate at all. Don’t rely on it.The PD port is for in and out. I have a charger with multiple PD ports and if I use it to charge this device when the timer was off (no electricity) then the PD port on the device switch to output mode. When the timer was on the PD port couldn’t switch to input. It was still switching between in and out. Something to be aware off. Better to use a charger with one PD port in my opinion. Something you need to test. The instruction manual is not very clear in some places and the print is very small. The device has got some drawbacks but I have managed to make it work the way I wanted to use it for. The extra was around £20 in total.Only time will tell me if it last.I took 1 star off because of the PD port not charging automatically if fully charged and a draw starts and the battery level indicator to be unreliable.I know it is a long review but I hope it will help some if they want to achieve the same as me.

CPAP anywhere I go
I bought this to enable me to go camping 🏕 with my CPAP. sleep apnoea can be such an inconvenience to those who love camping. Stuck with needing to sleep within a few meters of an outlet. Or lugging a long extension cord everytime you are away from home. This battery pack I get 3-4 nights (7 hours/night) using my remed air sense 10 with humidifier res set at 6. That last part a bit specific but hope it helps someone as it was hard when I started looking to decide which battery system to get.Non CPAP uses I have used it for. Recharge my laptop 10-12 times. Run a class led projector for 6 hours while teach an outdoor first aid course, the wireless charger is great for my phone, the variable voltage is helpful, simple to use and has a good LED torch built in. The weight is a bit much but I don't hike much with it so fine to lug to a campsite or hike up to a base camp with. Not allowed on airplanes is the only negative point I can think of.

Amazing product does exactly what it says on the tin.
Bought this for off grid use running my CPAP machine. So far used 4 nights for over 8 hours each nigh and only down one bar from a full charge. At this rate, it will last lat east 7 nights so delighted with its efficacy.

Stunning Company, Great Product
Having a smaller 76000mAh battery similar to the Easylonger ES960 and finding it very easy to use I purchased from them, it arrived quickly and well packed I used on a weekend away shortly afterwards we found it had a slight issue and on returning it was reported back to the company, I had an immediate response from Dave in customer services(within a few hours) i provided them with some information and by the next day was issued a replacement which arrived within 48hrs and has been sublime...... runs our portable fridge for hours with no issues, in an era when customer service is usually just a selling point I can't rave enough about the stunning excellent way we were treated 10/10 for Easylonger, regards. Been using this for a whole now and works for me
I purchased this as I use a CPAP machine and wanted to go to a festival camping which unfortunately did not have electric hook-ups. I can run my CPAP for about 4 days (no humidifier or heater) no problem and it also charges a variety of things. I like that is can wirelessly charge my mobile however it is a bit hit and miss finding the sweet spot for charging.Likes: Robust, nice little carry case, came with the lead needed for my CPAP (others do not), charges quickly and the lights are a nice feature.Dislikes: The power remaining display goes 100% 100%, 75%, 75%, 50% 50% then dead. After half charge remaining it just goes to nothing. I think others have mentioned this but does not really matter too much. It would have been nice if you could cycle the brightness of the light as it is all or nothing and it is pretty bright.

It will run your CPAP among many other USB cord items
Likes:It will run a CPAP (I have a AirSense 10). With humidifier and heat tube on you'll get one night for sure maybe two if you don't use the battery for nothing else.Without the humidifier and heat tube, I'm still at 100% after one night......There are several voltage settings (I use 24 volts for CPAP)The battery has many options to use when charging different items. You can charge your cell phone without a cable if your phone has that capability. There are cables adaptors for different CPAP's.Everything is push button just follow the instructions. You can also plug the battery in an outlet and still run your CAPA if the power goes out. Some units can't do that. (Basically keep the battery charged while using it)Dislikes:Takes for ever to recharge even with a wall charger.I can only imagine how long a car charger will take. It says it is Solar Panel capable.Comes with a pouch, why I don't know. Pouch only holds the battery nothing else. If you're going to provide a pouch make sure it has a carrying handle, and pockets to store your: manual, charger cables and wall charger.Over all very nice battery. It does have a little weight to it.I haven't tried other products but for $299 it is on average with others.

Works great. Lasts a long time.
I've only had this a couple of weeks, but so far, I'm pleased. Using the specific wire that was included to connect it to my S11 CPAP, it had enough charge to run the CPAP for 7 days in a row with plenty of juice left over. I did turn off the humidifier and the tube heater. This should be more than enough to cover and power outages I might have, and it charges to full in under 6 hours on wall current. One thing I would change -- You can adjust the voltage it outputs, but it does not remember it's last setting. I wish it would stay at 24v so I don't accidentally put the wrong voltage to my CPAP.

Gute Powerbank
