It's a good guide with helpful pictures and information. However, being that it is a book for tidepools you would think it would be more water resistant than it is. After two days at the tidepools, the book completely fell apart. It was never dropped in the water and literally only got two small drops on the edge. The edge isn't water resistant so that started peeling. That combined with the damp ocean air had it completely falling apart after just two days.
