Reach REm sleep!
This tea works, some people might not like the taste but I do! I haven't had dreams as long as I can remember but after the very first time I used it I started having dreams again! What this means to me is I'm reaching rem sleep and when I wake up I don't feel tired like I could take a nap! If your looking to reach REM sleep I do recommend this tea!
