These induction pads work great. I was skeptical at first, but after purchase, they really help keep the pots/pans from sliding around on the induction cooktop and they don't impact the actual temperature/impact of the heating components. After using the two pack, I was so happy with them, I bought a second set. Also, super easy to clean and store. I did notice on extremely high long period of heat (example cooking steak in cast iron pan for a long period), these pads discolor a bit, but still still functional and I still love and use them everyday.

(June 2024) Thermochromic Silicone Induction Cooktop Mat -- I purchased these off a recommendation (from a very trusted relative) for my ik-a induction burner that I'm using as a way to get used to cooking as we make the transition to an induction stove. IMO you definitely want something like this between your cookware and the induction cooktop. Why? Because then you won't scratch the burner / glass - and it just feels way more secure / safe when cooking. The heat distributes beautifully. I'll add that they are SUPER easy to clean -- you can take them of and reapply after cleaning OR just lift them and clean under and around them. I think these are a GREAT product and I will purchased more when we get an induction stove.

They work well at protecting your induction cooktop and preventing your pots from sliding around. Also nice that they are dishwasher safe. Two things to note though: - They leave a slight oily film/residue on the cooktop and on pans. When you wipe down the surface after cooking, you can see the grid pattern of the mats still there repelling the water. Not a big deal, I'd rather have this than a chip or a scratch and its barely noticeable. I just wish these were slightly higher quality silicone so they didn't do this. - The thermochromic color change is a gimmick that quickly stops working. After a week of use, mine already have random patches that are stuck orange. They'll still work for protecting the ceramic surface, and my cooktop already has an indicator if the burner is still hot, so I don't care too much. Also, the other reviewers that managed to burn these clearly have radiant electric cooktops, not induction, lol. Either that or they ran their pan empty on high heat too long.

Love these. I bought a new induction range this year, and I'm trying to keep the top perfectly scratch free for as long as possible. I cover it completely when not in use, and use these little silicone pads underneath my pans while cooking. So far, they work very well, we bought some more for a little induction burner that we use in our office building. Thanks!

I'm not a negative person and I never go out of my way to put down a company or person who's trying to make a living. These silicone mats SHOULD BE REMOVED from Amazon and all other stores or sites that sell them. My wife complained to me about how they began to peel and smoke. I read the reviews and one person said that cast iron is a problem so I did my own experiment instead of listening to my wife. I used the mats with stainless steel on my new Bosch induction cooktop. Within minutes, the kitchen began to fill with thick, white smoke. Because of my military background, I knew it was juste a matter of minutes before ignition was going to happen. The heat melt all of the decorative coating that was hard to clean from my new induction. For the sake of families, kids, seniors, PLEASE remove this item from Amazon. I truly hope no one gets hurt.

This seemed great at first. It did protect our brand new induction stove at first but after 2 months of minimal use (may 4-6 times) the top material started coming off. When I went to wipe it clean and the material flaked off. We used it primarily under a cast iron skillet. Will not buy again, looking for something else now.

These silicone pads are great for induction stoves to prevent scratching. I have used them since I bought the stove.

This pad is great! It keeps the pot from sliding around on the glass induction cooktop. It is pretty thin and does not interfere with the cooktop.

No noticeable difference in cooking performance. Easy to clean and looks good. Good price and quick delivery.

These have a slight stick to them and don't move easily once you place them on your induction cooktop, but they are still very easy to peel off when you want to clean your stove. They don't seem to interfere at all with the heat transfer and I don't notice them when I'm cooking. I think they will keep my glass stovetop looking new longer.
