Installed this on my 2018 Ram 2500 and it really does good, No rattling adnd it looks really tough on the truck, Great upgrade, Quick ball swaps by just unlocking top lock, Raising the long stud and positioning the right ball. Quick removal when going through car wash is a plus too.

Solid hitch. No clanking because of rubber inserts. Tight connection. I feel safe pulling anything with it. Can’t ask for much more

My first drop hitch because my new truck is taller. Now the trailer tough hits the hitch not the bumper, plus the trailer is 6 inches farther away so my tail gate can go down with out hitting the jack handle.

Works as it should but has developed rust over the entire product have only had it a couple of months, I’m not sure why. That’s why I gave it 3 stars.
