Absolutely awesome! I needed a car safe as my car was ransacked by thieves and they took just about everything even though there was nothing on show! I looked at other car safes with a steel wire attached to them but I thought they would be easy to cut out and the locks weren't secure either. So I chose this one and I'm mighty pleased i did :) it has a sturdy steel sleeve that is screwed on somewhere in the car. The safe is then slotted in and once the key is turned, the safe is securely attached to the steel sleeve. There is no way anyone could unscrew the sleeve without getting the safe out first :) the lock is good and the safe is as solid as a rock. The inside of the safe is grey velour lined. I could fit in my 5" widescreen sat nav, my in car video camera and my car park change. The measurements are listed. It's black not white as described but I wanted black anyway. Comes with 2 keys and the screws to fit it. When its fitted the safe is upside down which is a bit bizarre but its a small price to pay to stop light fingered yobs from helping themselves to free stuff. This is a bargain for the quality of it and I wouldn't hesitate on buying another if I needed to.

This travel safe isn't really the kind of Travel safe I expected it to be !It is extremely heavy and totally unsuitable to carry in a suitcase.I was hoping to take it on holiday with me.I must say however it is a very substantial safe that would be excellent screwed down and hidden somewhere in the house.The safe slides easily out of the outer case. It is extremely solid and very well made.

Needed a compact travel safe for my caravan to hold passports and odd bits whilst traveling through France. It's compact enough to hide it away and bolt to the internal furniture or floor with the help of some metal plates. Internal capacity is quite good and you can remove the inside liner to give further capacity, however would not say it would be much of a deterrent for the determined criminal if on view but hidden away fixed with some correct fixings it would give a reasonable level of security and most of all peace of mind whilst away from your van.Would certainly consider buying a further one.

Bought this product for our campervan. A decent size inside to carry passports, cash, ipods, even our Garmin watches. Very secure when in the locked position

use it to store a few items, good enuff for what i want it for, u can fix on top or under a shelf "which is how got it" so the box is upside down but thats not to much a problem

Surpisingly large, had expected something smaller or flatt. Main point of criticism is the cylinder lock: it is very flimsy and can be picked with a paper clip. If that would not be the case I would love to have one of those...

This little safe is easy to use and made out of tough metal. Good to have around for bits and bobs which you want to keep away in a safe place. The picture makes it look a bit 'plasticy', but actually it is just glossy metal and not too thin, as you might see with other simpler safe boxes. there are no gaps where it opens, so theres no chance of anyone opening it using this gap.All in all, simple, mobile, not too heavy, bargain for price. Habe das Safe in meinem Wohnmobil eingebaut. Ich denke, dass die Befestigung mit sechs Schrauben einen schnellen Diebstahl verhindern werden.
