WhiteFang Beach Tent Anti-UV Portable Sun Shade Shelter for 3/4/6/8 Person, Extendable Floor with 3 Ventilating Mesh Windows Plus Carrying Bag, Stakes and Guy Lines

I have been searching for the 'perfect' beach tent for the past year. I ordered the WhiteFang Beach Tent Anti-UV Portable Sun Shade Shelter because it had high ratings. The comments which drew me to it were that the poles were thicker than the average poles. I received the beach tent two or three days after I ordered it. I immediately opened it in my living room. I purchased the mint, and the color is what I expected. Because I have set up several tents, the set up for this was a breeze. Yet, anyone who can read the easy-to-follow instructions, will be able to put this up with maybe a tiny bit of patience (if this type of set up is something foreign to you). This is a bit larger than I expected, which I am happy about. The day after receiving the tent, my husband set it up outside for my 5-year-old grandson to 'camp'. My husband is 5'10, and he is able to stretch out in it (parallel with the opening panel, with head at one side window and feet at the other). My grandson, husband, and myself laid down as though we were actually camping, and it had enough room for all of us to lie on our back. The tent is easy to take down and roll up, before placing it into the storage/carry bag. This all stated, I did purchase it to use at the waterpark this summer, as well as to bring when we go other places where we may want some protection from the sun. It is quite compact, and will easily fit in my suitcase if we ever go to a place like Hawaii (saves on tent rental on the beach). The entire front panel unzips, making one large opening. My 5-year-old grandson can lie down with his head at the opposite side (i.e. the back panel) of the front panel, and his feet are still inside the tent. I forgot to see how far my husband's feet came out of the tent. There are three vented window panels, one one each of the sides, as well as one on the back panel. Even with the flaps placed in the up position, a breeze will be allowed to come through the tent (due to the flaps not being zipped, but rather, held in place by loops). There are anchors that can be used to put into the ground in order to secure it down; and, there are pockets on the outside walls that can hold sand when at the beach. The material seems to be of good quality. With good and proper treatment and care, I am confident this beach tent will last a very long time! One suggestion I have, is to place a tarp/blanket type item under the tent floor to protect it from things that might poke a hole in it, or cause wear (we do this with all of our tents in order to protect the integrity of the flooring, and to help it remain in great condition). For this tent, I have a fold up picnic-type blanket that we have used in the waterpark over the past few years. It will be perfect for protecting our floor.

I purchased this for an ultra event that I had. The price was right comma twenty of room inside for me to put my sleeping bag and bags in. I loved that I was able to hang my lantern inside. It was super easy to set up and break down. We had some strong winds that blew in late late saturday night into early morning and the tent held. This is not a tent for heavy rain. I did stay dry but I did notice. The edges were getting pretty wet. And damp. But i'm an avid camper and I knew this when I purchased the tent. If you're a high code, this is super light weight and you could add right on to your pack without creating extra weight

Once opened, this tent is really difficult to compact down back to it’s original unfurled size. Having said this, it would be great if you could add another 4 inches diameter to the storage bag ot comes in. It was a workout to get this back in the bag along with the included stakes. I feel the carrying bag is a little too small. But, I liked the zippered vent flaps, pockets and the ceiling hook for accessories. It worked great at the beach, and set up in just a few minutes. The bunjee cords inside the poles also could be a bit thicker for durability. Good for my first use though.

It was so easy to set up and perfect for a day trip to the beach. It provided shade and shelter during the quick shower on the beach. The windows were perfect for ventilation and breeze and the size was perfect for two!

Bought this for our first family trip to the beach with our little one. I opened it as soon as I got it to make sure there were no defects. It was easy enough for me to put together on my own without my husbands help. Definitely would be easier if you had two people, but doable with one. The material is a little thin, but I wasn't expecting it to be super thick and durable at the price point I purchased it at. It's big enough to fit a family of three with extra room. I would recommend anyone who isn't trying to break the bank to give it a go.

It’s a tent with a giant window. I bought it for usage by the swimming pool this summer but it was just a dry sauna. It didn’t have decent airflow and there wasn’t any wind so not great for dry heat.It’s nice and compact and the material is okay. Be careful with the zippers - someone must have used and retuned the one I purchased, the zippers weremangled and didn’t zip/unzip properly.

Haven’t used for the beach yet but it’s definitely what I wanted. Bought the three person tent and I do believe there will be plenty of room. It’s larger than I thought it would be. Set up is a little frustrating but not impossible with one person.
