Disappointed – Product not working after deliveryI was really looking forward to using this product, but unfortunately, it did not work at all right out of the box. Despite following all the instructions carefully, it simply doesn’t function. This is not the kind of experience I expect from Amazon, which usually delivers reliable service and quality. Very disappointed with the purchase, and now I have to go through the hassle of returning it. I hope this issue gets resolved quickly.

Good, easy to use steam cleaner with long wire, so I dont have to keep changing plug points. Works well, Good steam output. Cleans windows, fans, sofas and many more things. Too many different attachments for different furniture to clean. No extras chemical needed - only plain water.

The quality of the product is really good, value for money. The steam pressure is also good, able to clean the sofas and windows well.

It's good but not effective. Even if i have a close contact of the steam the pressure is not good enough to clean the product. For pressing the steam button hand pains. There must be a continuous hold button.

The SC-01 is a very basic model, but I really like it because of its long pipe, which makes it very easy to clean my kitchen chimney. This product was recently gifted to me by my brother, and I must say, it's a very nice steamer!I occasionally use it to steam clean my sofa, which is especially important if you have a velvet finish. The steamer comes with many attachments, making it super convenient to clean sliding windows and the gaps between them. With this tool, there’s no excuse for not keeping the windows spotless anymore

The product has been designed well overall, but there are flaws and ease of usability is not good. The steam pressure is really nice. However, its really difficult to hold the whole steamer in hand for a long time along with pressing the button front for the steam pressure. Secondly, the cord is not long enough and makes you feel exhausted after a few minutes of usage
