I really like these exercise resistance bands. They’re very practical for working out at home and have great durability. The different resistance levels are perfect for warm-ups as well as strength training. They don’t snap easily and they don’t roll up on my legs like other bands I’ve tried. They’re perfect for glutes, legs, and arms. I highly recommend them if you want a complete workout without needing a lot of equipment.

Items came in earlier than expected. They came in a resealable plastic packaging with all the items shown in the pictures. The bands themselves are so cute and very comfortable to wear and use. Sitting flat they measure around 13.5 inches and stretch easily to around 25inches or more when in use. If you have larger thighs I would take this into consideration for comfort or use of the bands. The non slip material in the inside stay true and don't slide. They also don't pinch or pull on bare skin which I was very happy about. Everything fits snug into the storage bag and if you need to wash the bands the bag could easily double and a wash bag. I really like the quality of these bands and would buy them again if needed.

I like them! They were opened and possibly used, but I don’t mind since they still look new and I can’t tell if used. The easiest one is tough! I like the resistance and that they are thick and don’t roll up and pinch my skin like the straps I had received from PT. These are wide and comfortable. They probably will stretch with time so it’s nice to have some stronger ones for when that happens or when I’m stronger. Doing lower body moves with weights hurt my SI joint and these tend to be better for my lower body strengthening.

Came the next day! Very durable and much more of a workout than the cheap rubber bands. They don’t roll or fold while working out. Can be used for a number of workouts, and store very nicely in the provided bag. I would say it was worth the $20!
