I ordered this set quite some time ago and put it away in preparation for my daughter's 21st birthday which has finally arrived! My first impression was a bit of shock over exactly how much is included in this little package and at this price point. I'm not particularly creative or good at decorating so to have a good value set like this which includes everything, is a huge bonus. For those like me who have never used a set like this before, a few tips. First, this will take a LOT of time! i'm really glad I started early in the day for a late afternoon celebration. i also separately purchased a little pump that is designed to inflate balloons and I'm really happy I did that. I still had to manually inflate the foil balloons which weren't too bad once I figured out how to do it but the pump was a blessing for the latex balloons. I've also never worked with balloon glue before. That was a little tricky and I had a few balloons pop while trying to adhere it. The clear ones with the confetti inside seem especially fragile. I now have confetti all over the floor from 3 explosions but decided that it contributes to the festive atmosphere and will leave them there for the evening. I recommend sticking with the solid color balloons for applying the color and then stick the clear ones to them. The balloons and the backdrop are the main attraction but I also love the tiara, sash, tissue paper flowers, and spiral decorations. It's way more than I needed so even with losing a few balloons to popping, I have more than enough. With a little time and patience, this is such a great little set and I highly recommend it for your celebration!

This rose-gold 21st birthday decoration set is amazing. It has 4 kinds of balloons, "Happy Birthday 21" letter balloons, a backdrop curtain, and matching pom poms. It makes such a beautiful display. We used these for my friend's daughter's birthday and they were quite a hit. Everyone loved them. They are good quality and durable. Although we may not reuse the "21" balloons, we did save everything else for a future purpose. These are so nice at a value price! Definitely worth the cost!

Nice colors, a lot of stuff for the money. Only complaint is the mylar balloons didn't hold air very long., but long enough for her to wake up to the birthday message.

I got this to set up a surprise party for my sister who is turning 21. We only wanted a few decorations because we have limited time. It also comes with a crown and sash which is such a cute gift to give her! Everything was exactly as pictured and I can't wait to set it all up and take some awesome pictures! The rise gold is such a cute color and can be paired with black or white so you can add in some personalization with other colors and decorations. Great quality items in this kit!

I would have appreciated more instructions. I only used about half of what was in the package because I just got tired of blowing up all the balloons! There was some blue plastic piece in there that I had no idea what it was for. I still don't.

You get everything you see in the picture. I am no good at decorating, so this was a chore, but that’s not the vendor’s fault!This is a value priced set for everything that you get. I didn’t even use all the balloons. The balloons look beautiful and worked as expected and described. They come with confetti in some of them, so be careful when you are disassembling or it will be all over your home.I used helium to put in these, but if you want to set up an arch like you see in the photos no helium is needed. You could set this up EXACTLY like the photos if you have the time and desire.The set is as described and was really a good value. 5 stars!
