This is awsome because I can afford it and the quality is great. Literally had a great night sleep in a long time. Also surprisingly soft and firm! So good.

I’ve had lower back pain for years!! Tried this mattress pad and I actually wake up without pain and feel rested. It’s comfortable and stays in place.

I got this to make my guest room mattress more plush. I recently bought a memory foam mattress for my guest room/tv room, which was way too firm - to the point of being uncomfortable - for me, anyway. I doze in there sometimes and would wake up totally achy and sore. (Everyone has their own comfort likes, so for reference, my actual bed has a 4" memory foam topper with padded cover, which you sink into like a cloud and it hugs you everywhere. I love it.) This padded cover is nicely made, tight stitching, quality thick yet silky-soft fabric and plenty of room in the sides to fit super deep-pocket mattresses. What the idea behind the detachable "side pocket" is makes no sense to me because aren't you going to put a fitted sheet or protector over this? LOL! No matter, the cover is nicely done. Know that perhaps it qualifies as 1", but really, it's just a nicely made super soft, thick gel topper cover. Don't expect it to add a huge amount of extra cushy-ness to the gel topper, which I find to be somewhere in the middle of medium and plush. I think that at 2", you will not get super plush, you need to go thicker. I had my doubts at first, but it turns out that this topper made a huge difference in the comfort of my new mattress, soft and comfortable yet still supportive all in very good ways. I noticed a tremendous difference the very first night I dozed off in there and woke up feeling great, no aches! This topper comes packaged rolled up and already inserted into the pad. I found it very difficult to get it on the bed that way.. My advice: Take the topper out of the cover, lay it out on the bed, straighten it out, then put the padded cover on later. The gel foam expanded fairly quickly, at first there was a ridge down the middle and one end was not straight, I flipped the foam over, with the ridges down, pressed it out and wiggled it around to straighten out the ends and it fluffed and straightened itself out within an hour or so. Then it was easy to put the cover on, nice and smooth, and that evening I was happily lounging in my guest room with my pooch and a good movie. As for the cooling aspect, I noticed a definite difference to "before", I would wake up sweating and hot. If you're looking for sink-in-deep-I have-to-roll-out-of-bed super plush, go thicker. But this gel pad and topper adds a plush level of comfort, yet still supportive without breaking the bank. This has been a win-win all way around.

Bought this topper for our old mattress to see if it would help until we get a new one. We rotated our old mattress, put this on top, and I woke up with no back pain! Every morning I would wake up and my back would hurt. I chalked it up to getting older. Very happy with my purchase. It’s worth the reasonable price.

Perfect! Fluffed up quickly, very little smell which went away quickly and oh so comfortable. Thick enough to cushion my bad shoulder so I could actually sleep!

The memory foam is very comfortable but the top part looks nothing like the pictures. Let it sit for 2 days and tried to fluff it up in the dryer and it is soooo thin. It is basically just a thin cover for the memory foam. The memory foam needs to be laid out completely flat to get the creases out of it but they do come out if you do this. The memory foam does contour to your body and is comfortable so far but I have only laid on it one time. I wan8a thicker softer topper to help with back and hip pain. The amount that this costs, the topper should be as thick as the pictures. The price should be half of what it is. The pocket on the side are just a waste unless you plan on just sleeping on top.of the topper without a sheet. Debating on whether to pack it up and return it.

Unfortunately, I had to return mine because it could not provide more comfort to my mattress. I just need a better mattress. I end up getting the mattress from my guest bedroom. It was too hard for my back. So, I started thinking back about this topper.🤦‍♀️This topper would of been perfect if I had a sturdier support! So, now my days are feeling as Goldie Locks. This beds too soft, this beds too hard, and the bed that's just right is at Levin Furniture. 😂 Hope this helps!
