Effective at stopping sweat marks
Worked well for me so far. Not flattering on the body but no sweat marks on my shirts.

Slightly strange to get used to, works great though
I find that this works great for the summer, where I'd usually have to wear a t-shirt which ends up being too warm and being quite visible through dress shirts. This is a perfect solution and despite it being quite expensive, i'd say that it is well worth it.

It’s ugly but it’s invisible under white shirts
OK let’s get the elephant out of the room… unless you’re an athlete or a model, you will resemble the elephant in the room… it’s skin tight and reveals every lump and bump going. My wife saw me in it… and let’s just say I may not have a wife anymore… but this is meant to be worn under a shirt and this is the first undershirt I have found that is actually invisible. I’ve tried everything before, all the colours, all the makes, even tried hand dye to match my skin colour… nothing worked, everything was visible under a white shirt… until I found skinda… it’s pig ugly but it IS invisible under a white shirt (the thicker thread ones such as a twill weave or a royal oxford) AND you can undo 2 top buttons for that Miami look! There isn’t anything else on the market that I’ve tried or found that is as good as this undershirt. It’s thin, feels great and works. 5/5Word of advice on the sizing, definitely go 1 size up maybe 2… I’m a standard 40” chest 6 foot with a bit of a Dad bod and I ended up swapping the L for an XL.

Very tight and awkwardly fitting but high quality
Despite ordering accurately based on the size chart, I found that the undershirt was too tightly fitting, whilst it fit over my torso fine, the shoulders and biceps were too tight to pull over. It was constricting in the arms and not wearable. Maybe I am suffering from gym success, but regardless, the fit was poor. The material is soft with decent moisture wicking and it feels very snug, but the tight fit makes it quite visibly noticeable under clothing. The sleeves are too long and should only cover the upper arm, I am considering adjusting them as such.Whilst I like the focus on discreetness and the snugness, I think it needs improvements with a natural fabric, and better accommodation for athletic build or big arms.

Amazing in the hot weather
Very happy with this undershirt. Used to wear a white tee, but this replaces it perfectly. Can’t see it under my shirt, which looks much better, and has been great at stopping sweat marks in this heat, but also doesn’t make me too warm which I found my white tee did at times. 100% recommended.

Was a bit wary.
I was a bit wary of this product because of the price, which is double what I normally pay. I sweat a lot and ordinary tee-shirts are only partially effective, eventually becoming wet and seeping through to the shirt, especially when wearing a jacket, but as I had some official functions to attend and swayed by some of the good reviews, I took the plunge and bought one. When it arrived I was sceptical about it's ability to perform due to the lightweight nature of the material. But I wore it to three functions (without washing it as I wasn't at home) and I have to say I was seriously impressed. The first night surreptiously checking every so often, not a hint of dampness. Both other evenings were equally effective. I don't know if the material has something to do with it, but there is no way I could have worn a standard tee-shirt three nights without changing it every night. As I said, seriously impressed, just ordered another so I can change if I have the same situation again, just for peace of mind. Oh and it doesn't look too elegant, but at my age no one else is going to see me without my shirt on.

It (un)Happened One Night?
Back in 1934, It Happened One Night was a successful screwball comedy starring Clark Gable and Claudette Colbert. What this has to do with a vest review?Because this is a vest. Okay, our colonial cousins call these things undershirts. And in the 1934 release, Clark Gable removed his shirt, undressed for bed, and...He was not wearing an undershirt.Whether this really was the reason the sales of vests or undershirts plummeted is perhaps disputed, but it makes a good story. But nonetheless, the undershirt has been largely displaced by the T-shirt as an under-the-shirt layer, should layering be warranted at the cooler end of the year. But this undershirt is not a winter vest - although I'm sure it would be comfortable during the colder months too, but is marketed on the basis that it is both breathable and sweatproof. So if you sweat profusely (and I can) and you are in a dress shirt, you should get away without the telltale sweat rings. The cut is then low so you can undo buttons without the shirt being seen; it is also close fitting, so it should not be visible in that respect too.And it is long, which my mother always insisted was important in a vest - and it is because it prevents the garment from riding up from the belt line, which is uncomfortable. In conclusion, one in the eye for Clark Gable?Maybe? This is a useful garment if you want to protect your better clothes from sweat stains, especially if you sweat heavily.

Well worth the money
My skinda arrived a week ago and I’ve worn it in the office and out and about several times now - I had to leave a review because I couldn’t believe how well it’s performed, especially in this hot weather. It’s lightweight and breathable, yet somehow still stops the sweat marks. How it does this with the material being so thin and light I have no idea. Does go without saying it isn’t the most appealing thing to wear, but when I put my shirt on I can’t see it so I’m not complaining. Well worth the money.
