Thule Subterra carry-on spinner, Dark slate

I have waited to review this after traveling about 4 times with this carry-on. I have to say, this was absolutely worth the money, the size and quality is perfect. It looks very modern and the material looks great. It seems to really hold a lot more than I would think. The wheels are super fast and smooth. Recently the handle has been missing a step in the adjustable settings, so I will keep an eye on that should it break. This has not been checked, so I don't know about how it would hold up with the airport animals tossing it around. I am very happy with the purchased and have recommended to friends already.

This carryon outshines them all. The Subterra spinner is sleek and rolls smoother than ANY OTHER carry-on. It is incredible quality. We traveled for ten days through Europe with this spinner and the Thule backpack as our only luggage for each of our adult members. The compression feature is a game changer.

I decided to go with the Thule sub 2 roller carry-on as I’m a fan of Thule and there bike carrier so though why not give the luggage a try; first time using on a 5 day tropical getaway and it fit everything nicely for 5 day good size; nice zippers and rolls great; feels nicely made and sturdy I’ll give an update after a few more trips so as for now if you are considering this carry on roller from Thule and at this price go for it .

The best suitcase ever - really light, fits many things, and is likely within the dimensions of most airlines' limits. The frame and wheels are durable. I rolled it down stairs, took it on uneven brick roads, it takes it like a champ, absolutely no durability faults. If the price looks daunting, it's worth it because it'll save you a lot of money on broken wheels from cheap suitcases.

I love this bag! Thule makes very top quality items and this luggage is no different. It is sturdy, excellent wheels, and it can hold more than you think! I've used it and it fits well in the overhead bins on any airplane. I definitely recommend this product. It is well worth the money and it will serve me for years to come.

First, I wanted to wait and use this bag a couple times before writing a review. I already have several pieces of luggage in the Thule Subterra range, including a duffel style travel bag and a large check-in rolling suitcase. This 4 wheeled wonder is of the same quality as my existing pieces and the wheels roll smoothly through airports. They even roll well on uneven surfaces. The carry-on size fits in most plain above head storage bins. I have found there’s ample amount of space for a weekend trip with a spare pair of shoes. This bag meets the carry-on size requirements for most domestic airlines currently. When the bag has been checked, it comes back with no noticeable damage. The suitcase packs well and keeps items secure with an internal compression device however, I would still recommend investing in a few packing cubes to optimize the space and make packing a breeze from someone who travels quite frequently, there are many luggage brands out there, and Thule is one of the best.

I have the previous generation of this bag and decided to get this one as a gift for my partner. Although the internal organizer is a better design, the wheels are definitely cheaper (single vs dual wheels on each corner). Still glides very well and the handle has no slop in it, unlike the Briggs &riley carry on roller that I bought.

Love the style, quality, and color. Fits into the overhead compartments on domestic and international flights and airlines - no problem. Just perfect.
