Fantastic!
It's early days but so far there has been a dramatic difference in my mood and day to day living. Much of the content isn't surprising and seems obvious when you read it. However this book teaches you how use your mind without it working against you. Humorous and easy to read, highly recommend.

I loved this little book
I loved this little book. Easy to read and to follow the steps for relaxing the mind. The sessions are 5 or 10 minutes so if you are knew to mindfulness, this is ideal.
