Good product
Needed a replacement battery for my calculator when it randomly stopped working. Found out it’s a common problem where the original battery stops being able to be recharged. Was an easy switch and 6 months later, the calculator still works and is able to hold a charge. Worth it!

Replacement battery for TI-84 Plus CE
Replaced the battery on my son’s TI-84 Plus CE. I’ve read online that the OEM battery lasts for a few years before it doesn’t work anymore. For my son’s TI, the battery wouldn’t charge. When plugged in, the screen kept trying to turn on then turn off. After reading online reviews I found this battery replacement and decided to give it a try. It comes with a mini-screwdriver. I replaced the battery and the TI-84 came back to life. My son QA’d it and everything seems to be function like it did before. I’ll update this review if anything goes awry but so far I’m very happy to spend $12 to replace the battery instead of having to replace the whole graphing calculator.

Great price and Good battery
My Texas TI-84 Plus CE was doing that glitching thing. I bought a new charger to see if that was the issue and it wasn’t. I saw online that you can buy a new battery and it could fix your calculator. It was a 50/50 chance. I honestly didn’t think it would work but it did. They also give you a little screw driver to open your calculator. The price is great for the battery. I happy with my purchase! It’s so easy to put the new battery in and it fit exactly like the original battery.

Better than the TI original battery
The new TI84 CE I got arrived with a battery that was dead and refused to charge due to boot looping- a well known problem with a battery that is too low to allow the OS to accept a charge. This replacement battery came with enough juice to allow the calculator to power up and work. Plus it was supplied with a small Phillips screwdriver to allow removal of the calculators back plate-a nice touch since not everybody will have the jewelers screwdriver needed.

Perfect for a quick fix!
My TI-84 Plus CE treated the charger like a lifeline. Imagine those old iPhones where they died every two seconds—that was my calculator. As a high school student who takes math classes like trigonometry, pre-calculus, college algebra, and more, having a good, reliable calculator is incredibly important. This was a quick, inexpensive alternative to buying a replacement calculator right before ACT time.

Poor quality
Battery was not fully charged when I received it, died in about a week of use. Don't bother.
