This is the second set we have bought, as one of our original ones stopped working. They are easy to install, with no unsightly wires. They connect to the WiFi through a free app. The night vision feature is good and we get notifications when the cameras are triggered. You can chose the sensitivity of when the cameras are triggered so your pets won't trigger them, however we like to see when our cat is ready to come back in. The picture quality in both daylight and night vision is very good. There can be a bit of a lag but normally, we have found that this is mainly when they need charging. Time between charges is usually a few weeks for us. There is an alarm function, although it isn't very loud and probably wouldn't deter a determined burglar but I do like the function of being able to speak to whoever is outside, through them. You have the option of saving any recordings but if not, they are automatically overwritten when the memory card is full. You will need to buy memory cards separately as these are not included. Would recommend.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this camera, its sturdy and well built. It has lots of useful features built in to the camera including: microphone, speaker, siren and light. I am particularly impressed with the associated mobile app (CloudEdge) - it works seamlessly with the camera and was really easy to install and setup. Accessing the live feed is simple, as is viewing previously recorded events. The App gives full control of all the camera's features including monitoring the state of the battery.It's so nice being able to just screw the camera to the wall without having to think about running wires around the house. Then you can move it around easily, say, if you temporarily wanted to use it as a baby monitor.I don't use the option of the cloud service subscription; I have just put an SD card in the camera and it works great. The picture quality is good even in low light.FYI - the USB charging cable doesn't come with an adaptor - but it works with my phone charger adaptor so no problem there.I have it installed in a sheltered location but the solid build quality and snug rubber plug (underneath the camera, covering the small control panel) suggest that it is well equipped for withstand wet weather.For a £60 camera I have no complaints. If you don't need 24/7 recording I would certainly recommend this, especially if you want a quick and easy setup. The software impressed me the most; clean interface and easy to use/navigate.

Decent camera for the money. Gives a good image and the app is easy to use.The only downside is the battery capacity. I've found that it only lasts for about one to two weeks maximum.

Great little camera

So I've had this just over a week and being in my latter years was a bit concerned about setting it up and operating it using my phone, easy easy easy set up in about 5 minutes and secured to the wall in another 5.Very simple to use with a much sharper picture than I expected, the battery is showing as 82% charged and it has been in place for more than a week.Not to big and blends in very well in my wall, the pir light turns from a very adequate black and white picture into full colour and the intercom facility also is very clear.Less than £30 definitely value for money and does exactly what it's meant to.UpdateBeen up for one month on the front of the house and only now needs charging as it is down to around 20%, an excellent deterrent gives a clear picture both night and day, even has got the dog owners picking up their mess.

Had this nearly a week now and still can not connect it to the internet.this is one of the hardest things i have had to try and connect.

Was not easy to set up was very confusing to start with but got there in the end. Put a memory card in so no subscription needed.

The media could not be loaded. I now have 7 of these lovely cameras.I have been using them for over a year, in my 5 Hedgehog Houses.They help me monitor the Hedgehogs that visit my garden and sometimes stay for weeks.They have also helped me rescue 2 Hedgehogs that had ringworm.
