I have been purchasing from this company for over 6 years. It's the best synthetic hair on the market. Very minimum tangle. You can always comb it out the hair will stay exactly the way when it was purchased. I'm sure you could probably find a product to mess the hair up. But I don't put products on synthetic wigs. If you wash these wigs they'll come out exactly the way they was purchased. Trust me I love them
