Love it
Great cleansing balm. I bought it for the way it dispense the product. Mess free, no need for a spatula or putting your fingers in the tub. It does the job of removing the make up and it's not too drying

Packaging is a winner
I have seen so many videos with this cleanser and have to say the package is a winner, you dont have to stick your finger in the balm like other brands and keeps the product inside without contamination. The balm itself is also really good, will definitely repurchase.

This product is amazing for removing waterproof/heaving makeup and it’s so easy to use

Shocked it didn't last too long
Lasted oy 2 weeks. Although I was happy with the product, it only lasted me 2 weeks. It's overpriced.

Meh
I liked the feature of the grinding method so that you can keep it hygeinic. However, I have not felt the cleaner really gave a deep cleansing. It melted down into an oily lather, but didn't smoothly glide over my skin. When washed out, it also didn't give a nice milky wash. I have used many oil cleansers and balms and this was similar to a cheaper quality product that you would find in the cheaper areas of boots. Wont be buying it again, but will be searching for another grinding cleaning balm to try.
