Bought this for my daughter as an alarm clock, but she uses it more like a lamp then a clock. The lamp is very bright but soft and easy on the eyes. It was perfect for reading. At first I thought the "sunrise" setting was a bit gimmicky, but my daughter told me she was awake and not feeling groggy before the alarm went off. Who knows, maybe she was excited to wake up to her new toy. As for the clock, the digits are easy to read and the speakers a decent sounding. The buttons are soft to the touch. All round really nice clock.

While I like the style of this clock, even on the dimmest setting in a dark room the time is so bright it makes it difficult to sleep. I had to throw a scarf over it. It's also too lightweight and all the buttons are on the front of the clock so if you try to press snooze you knock the clock over. As well, as far as I can tell, you cannot turn off the sunrise function and it gets very bright very fast. Finally, it does not allow you to set the radio stations. It pre-scans and programs them itself, so if you have a station you like that it doesn't pick up, too bad for you. I'm returning it.

This clock radio is poorly designed--need to turn the room light on to make sure you're pressing the right button for radio, turning off alarm, etc. The alarm is barely audible at the highest level. It is extremely complicated to set. And I could go on, but the real problem is that the LED display is malfunctioning after two months. I know I should feel lucky because that happened to someone else after two days; however, I am out of the period for returns so I have no recourse. So frustrating.

DO NOT BUY! After three weeks of use, the LED display began fading, the digits started to miss lines and now the adjustment for the display does not work for the low light. I have to keep the light on bright and now parts of the digits are missing also. I only have two color options for the lights now. I emailed the manufacturer twice and they never answered!

Complicated to operate, poor volume, once you get used to the lights they might not work as intended, lasted little over a year... A wristwatch alarm would do, no need for this.

I always wake up to the light and not the sounds of the alarm. It's definitely helped me sleep better. I was using my phone previously but it was causing me insomnia. Now I use this and leave my phone in another room.

Love this clock! It's no longer a struggle waking my daughters up to school in the morning. They picked the sound they like before they went to bed, in the morning they woke up by themselves soon after they heard that sound! It's amazing! I think the gradual light also helped preparing them to wake up before the alarm sound! Great product! Highly recommended!

My daughter likes the clock...the colors, the nature sounds, the radio, the display and ability to dim it. However, she hates the alarm and that 30-minutes before it goes off, the light comes on and gets brighter. We cannot find a way to disable this setting.
