These Himalayan Shilajit capsules seem pretty good. With 20,000mg, they ought to be strong enough. I like that they’re organic and packed with fulvic acid and trace minerals. It is early days for me on the capsules, as opposed to the resin, so I can't say for sure whether it has made much difference, but I have high hopes.

Having recently started a bit of a natural food remedy regime to try and help with my wellbeing, including raw garlic and extra virgin olive oil etc. I decided to add Shilajit to the mix as well.I have recently tried Shilajit resin which I wasn’t really impressed with, with one of the reasons being that it is quite messy and I didn’t really feel any immediate benefit from it. However, as this Shilajit is dried and in capsule form, I thought I’d give this one a go as part of my new healthy food products regime.Now while I’m still unsure as to what benefits I’m personally getting from Shilajit I can’t complain about the simplicity and ease of use of these capsules. There is no smell or taste to the capsules and they are very easily swallowed with a sip of water. Given the convenience of this Shilajit being in capsule form and with the price seemingly being fair, compared to competing and similar products. I would have to say that I’m happy with the physical product itself and the brand and hopefully with time I will feel the benefits that others say they get when consuming Shilajit on a regular basis.
