the blue plastic is very hard to peel off and they don't last long. tell me am I doing something wrong if you have some thing else better please let me know I also used the gel in the tube and that was a JOKE

Good product just no instructions on how the gel pads are applied. The units works pretty well more of a shocking feeling than a pulse and the pads don't stick to the skin very well but once it makes full contact it works good
