Absolutely incredible! Only been taking them for a week but let me tell you! Incredible! Been ttc for over a year and never had a positive ovulation test. Well today I did!I’m less moody and have so much more energy. It’s like I’m a new person. If you have the spare money then definitely buy these! The price is incredible for what you’re getting. They’re not small but they’re easy to swallow!

I have very irregular periods and I am extremely sensitive to contraception pills. Last time when I had emergency pill (which I use maybe once in a year), it disturbed my whole cycle! I didnt have period for months. When I started this product, I had my period and the next month was on time again. It also makes me feel good and I have high energy so definitely effective. However, it does take time to work when I compared to other brands with similar dose. The reason I specifically bought this product was because it had both myo and d chiro inositol in capsule form (so premeasured amount) and easy to take. But they are big capsules! I think if they could change capsules (into a smaller one) it would be a lot better

First month using this brand and value for money is just really amazing especially having lots of vitamin expenses when it comes to PCOS. Really no side effects or anything coming back on me when drinking the vitamins. Only thing I wish is for the product to not be out of stock so often. So far I think the quality is really good.

My period came after a week of taking it. My mood is greatly improved, my libido has improved greatly. I take four daily. Good value for money. Size is quite big.

The reviews really got me interested in these tablets. I suspect I have PCOS, but trying to get a doctor to do anything about it is like winning the lottery. I thought I would try these and see if I notice any improvements. I've only been taking them a few days now, so it's too early to tell, so I will update soon. The recommended dose is 2 tablets twice per day, but I personally am starting off with 1 tablet twice per day, so these will last me 2 months, which is great value for money.

The recommended dosage is 4 pills daily, but I prefer a lower dose so I use 2. It works better and helps my cycles be more consistent than other myo inositol supplements. Easy to swallow.

So these supplements are supposed to help with pre-menopausal symptoms including irregular periods, mood swings, lack of libido, etc so I’m the right age to be giving them a try.It’s probably too early (and it would be disingenuous) to say that I can see a vast improvement in any of the aforementioned symptoms when I’ve only been taking them for a couple of weeks, but I’m hopeful for at least feeling a slight improvement in mood and energy levels.You are supposed to take 4 capsules daily, which would amount to roughly a months supply, so I consider them to be good value for money considering the current selling price of less than £10 (at the time of writing this review).I like that they are easy to swallow and tasteless so inoffensive to the taste buds and even when taking 4 a day isn’t really an inconvenience.The packet they arrive in is resealable for freshness and would be easy to recycle after use.
