I didn’t really expect much more than something to cover the tiles to prevent slipping. It is the perfect width to provide coverage for my mobility scooter coming in and out of the house. It is softer than I imagined, so it feels nice on bare feet. It also added insulation, so we aren’t feeling the cold tiles as much. Definitely feels like it will hold up over time, so I do recommend. I’ll update if we run into any problems. Shipping was very fast.

I am so pleased with this runner! I've been looking for a 'dog friendly' one to keep the worst of the mud and water off of the carpet in the living room and this seems ideal. It's not long been down, so I haven't commented on how easy it is to clean or durability, but just be eyeing it, I would say it will 'tick all the boxes.' It is excellent value for money, and it's tends to stay put on top of wall to wall carpeting, which is a huge bonus. So glad I chose this runner.
