It is a heavy chair. We got a neighbor to help us unbox and assemble. Went well and quick. It is so comfortable and beautiful. I love it. The comfort level is unbelievable. I have only had it for a few days, but have been using it everyday to get a feel for it. All pros no cons. We also bought a tempered glass mat to go under the chair for ease of rolling. Between the two, I feel like I am in heaven. I recommend this chair highly for anyone who uses their desk a lot or just wants to pamper themselves. It is so soft and so comfortable., nothing hurts when I get up. Yay Freya!!

Comfortable and works as it should. My only complaint is the battery goes dead and beeps after only a month or so. Tried to contact the seller but alas, no joy. So.. minus one star.It’s july 22, 2025 and I just received an email asking me if I received my chair and if there are any problems. LOLI’ll say this, I use this chair a lot and I really like it. I just charge the battery once a month or so even if I hardly used it. Seems to work fine that way.

Finally found an office chair that has leg support, reclines, and rolls. Went through quite a few 'almost there' chairs. Didn't see any instructions in the box, so here is the installation procedures after unboxing and unwrapping. 1) Put casters in base. 2) Put pneumatic lift in base. 3) Put chair on lift. 4) Charge. Before you go complaining about no power cord, it is in a zipped bag underneath the chair. Why? I dunno. One of the connections had come loose, so check those, easy to notice a loose wire. There was complaints with another chair from this company about the leg support being short. Well, I'm 6' and every leg support on every recliner I've ever had is short, feet dangle all the time. Years ago I built a small padded stool that I stuck under my desk. The chair supports my legs great, the stool supports my feet. I really like the full coverage of the leg support. This chair is great that it has two motors, so you can sit straight with your feet up, recline and take a nap, or keep your feet down and recline (why?). The leather is very soft and comfortable, the controls are handy and easy to use. Just remember, with anything electric, it takes a bit longer. A complaint on another chair I have to agree with concerns back support. If the manufacturer reads these, they really need to add some type of lumbar support. Either an electric device to 'push' cushioning out or a separate small pillow. Having a bad back, I can't take advantage of the full reclining abilities of this chair. I will see if I can find a suitable pillow elsewhere. This doesn't affect my review since I was aware of it prior to purchase. Overall I am very happy with this purchase. One word of warning: When delivered (freight), the single box is huge. It wouldn't fit in our front door, so I had to unbox it outside and shimmy the chair through the door.

After several reviews warning buyers that this expensive chair comes with no instructions, and trust me I know first hand how badly it requires instructions you’d really think the distributor would take the hint. My complaint about the chair is while wearing shorts I slide off the slick leather seat.

I am very pleased with this chair. If anything, it might be a little big as far as feet to the ground. I am 6'0 and it is comfortable. But my wife is 5'3" and her feet did not rest on the ground in the lowest position. the color is as expected. It is a very comfortable chair. I sit at my desk all day long and this fits the bill for comfort. Functions like any desk chair with the added comfort of a recliner for the most part. Very heavy.

Kinnls ad says genius leather- that is not truthful. They say cowhide— that is not truthful. Warranty- wrong. A series of unkept empty promises. MADE IN CHINA.I work hard for my money and I was cheated.
