between proを3年ほど使用し、バッテリーがヘタッたのか右側だけボリュームが異常に小さくなったため、between 3ancに乗り換えました。 主にiPhoneで音楽を聴く、仕事PCでMTGをする際に使用。 ・ノイズキャンセルモード ノイズキャンセルを初めて体験したので「それは当然のこと」と思われるかもしれませんが、すごい。エアコンや強めに回しているサーキュレーターの音が聞こえず、それらをつけているのを忘れる。キッチンの換気扇はキッチンに立つと微かに聞こえるがキッチンから少し離れると聞こえなくなるほど。 ・外音取り込み(トランスペアレンシー)モード 外音取り込みを初めて体験したので「それは当然のこと」と思われるかもしれませんが、面白い。コンビニやスーパーなどの対面レジでのやり取りが音楽を流したまま行えるほど。歩いていると自分の足音が耳元で無闇に聴こえてくるので音を拾いすぎな気もする。 ・音質 デフォルトではbetween proの聴こえ方のほうが好みでした。スマートフォンアプリを使うとサウンドモードを切り替えられます。 【status signature】 between proより高音低音ともにクリア。クリアな分、あまり圧は感じない。低音が控えめ？ 【status audiophile】 これが初期設定。おそらくフラット。全体的に弱い。アプリで操作できないとこれしか選択肢がない。 【original between pro】 between proと同じ聴こえ方ですよってモードなのかもしれないがbetween proより軽い。signatureよりは圧がある。高音が抑えめなのか音が丸く感じる。 【custom】 主にこれをM字設定(スクショ参照)で使用。設定できる周波数は 31Hz / 73Hz / 176Hz / 423Hz / 1K / 2.4K / 5.8K / 14K これのおかげでbetween proとはまた違った好みの音になりました。 ・Bluetooth接続 接続自体はしやすい。少し厄介なところは、マルチポイント機能ありなので接続設定しているiPhoneとPCの両方に同時に繋がるがどちらからも音声が再生されていると混線したかのようにどちらの音声もブツ切れになる(再生優先順位がない)。どちらかのデバイスのBluetoothをオフにするしかないです。 ※これはどうやら現在のファームウェア由来のものだそうです。 ・操作感 悪い。タッチ操作の感度が微妙で、右側ダブルタッチで次の曲にしたかったのにシングルタッチ扱いになって再生/停止してしまう、タッチホールドで音量調整したがホールドの間隔がよくわからず急に爆音になったりシングルタッチ扱いになって再生/停止してしまう、物理ボタン操作時に誤ってタッチしてしまうなどがあります。 between proの物理ボタンのみの操作が使い勝手良かったと私は感じています。 ・バッテリー この部分でbetween 3ancに乗り換えるべきか、between proをリピートすべきか迷いました。 between proの購入時は「見た目とバッテリーの長さで選んだら音質もめちゃくちゃ良かった！ラッキー！」みたいな感じだったので、正直「4時間もバッテリー時間削ってまでノイズキャンセル機能が欲しいか？？見た目はほぼ同じ、音質は聴いてみなきゃわからない(しかも試聴できたとしてもアプリがないと設定変えられないしデフォルト設定だと良さがわからない)のにバッテリー犠牲にできるか？？」という感じです。 じゃあどうして購入したの？と思うかもしれませんね。私自身、何か決め手があったのですがよく覚えていません。 環境にもよると思いますが、日中の自室(賑やかな商店街が目の前)でノイズキャンセルをオンにして音楽を30分再生したところ左95%、右97%のバッテリー表示になったので約10時間は再生できそうです。 ・最後に 外音取り込み機能、Bluetooth接続、操作感について否定的な意見をした部分は全て使用者が使用しているうちに慣れば取り返せる部分ですし、私は慣れていくつもりなので大満足しています。

The sound quality is petfect

I'm a bit of an earbud/headphone junkie, having about a dozen pair. Some of the brands include Sony, Master & Dynamic, Bowers & Wilkins, Samsung, Bose, etc. These have taken the top spot for me, and here's why... Pros: - They are loud. Max volume on these exceeds any of my other earbuds and most of my headphones. - The bass is booming. It's deep and full. Very satisfying, especially if you tweak the EQ. - The EQ is robust. It really does allow you to change the sound scope dramatically. - It connects to 2 devices. Super convenient! I don't have to do anything special to go back and forth between my phone and my iPad. I previously used to carry two sets of earbuds because of this! - The ANC is actually good! I expected the active noise cancelling to just be ok. No, it's actually good. They do a really good job of putting you in your own world. I took them on a plane this past weekend. They delivered impressively. The ANC plus the volume mean you will not hear a thing around you. And yes, the ANC alone is good, even w/o using volume to drown out noise. I've used them at my local lounge and they kill a rather significant amount of outside sound. - You can switch between ANC and transparency mode with a push of the button on the earbuds. You don't have to open an app or go through a menu of touch/swipe controls. Very convenient. - The battery lasts all day, even with ANC on. I don't own a single pair of earbuds that will last an entire workday w/o needing to be recharged. These do! Very convenient/useful. - Despite the somewhat unusual design, they fit well in my ears and stay in place, even at the gym. I constantly have to readjust my other earbuds to put them back into position but not these. - These earbuds would be worth the price at $250-$300, but I got them on sale at $130. That's a killer deal. Even if you get them at the normal price of $180 you still getting your money's worth and won't be disappointed. Cons: - They aren't the coolest looking earbuds you'll ever see. They probably aren't the best choice in a professional setting. Every picture in the advertisements show people from the side. When you put them on and look at yourself from the front you'll see they stick out from your ears further than normal earbuds. But frankly that's the ONLY con I have for this product and it's not a deal-breaker in the least. You get so much else from this product.

Honestly as someone who loves headphones and audio quality, I pit these against my bose soundsport headphones and comfort still hands down goes to bose....cost well....they are not much different there Honestly for the style I have wire from 1 earbud to the other....sound quality is a very tough one as well....I played the same 3 songs on each set and where yes the Status seem slightly stronger in the mids and highs I can't believe the bose somehow has stronger bass which....is odd in my opinion....the simplicity of the button functions on the bose are Honestly better for me....but I'm new to these status headphones that have all these touch and tap functions so not really a fan of any of that....but it might grow on me....personally with some EQ tweaking in the status app I might be able to overthrow the bose soundsport in the bass department but I'm talking right out the package tossed in my ear comparison, the bose just always have had audio quality and clarity down....now....build quality is a issue bose struggles with.....rubber that deteriates, a battery that despite not a ton of use became faulty after 2 years of rare use and I had to replace the battery not a easy process but not the worst....the status 3anc with the active noise canceling off definitely have the battery life department quality of sound great overall....build quality well....they look and feel decent time will tell how they hold up....I think once I play around with the ear tips and find the perfect combo they could be right there with bose out of the box its close they look like they d be uncomfortable but honestly I put them in my ear and not only is the material soft but not fatiguing almost can't tell they are there....

Sound is fantastic, the bits I hear on amazon music i hadn't heard before on tracks in ultra 360 or atmos are excellent . Easy pairing, case can be wirelessly charged, secure fit. Quality stuff from status that links well with the app to change equaliser settings, anc levels etc
