I was seriously disappointed to see that this product contains Xanthan Gum and Gum Arabic, which doesn't always set well with people who suffer from IBS, IBD, leaky gut, and the like.If you follow the Specific Carbohydrate Diet (SCD) or if you are having problems with food intolerances or gut issues of any sort, please completely research all of the ingredients in this product before buying. For a product that is supposed to make you healthier, there seem to be ingredients in it that may not be the best if your gut needs to heal, and a healthy gut is critical to overall health. Please call the company for a list of ingredients, in case they have changed from the time I submitted this review.If it turns out that I can use this product without issue, I will update my review with more positive information and more stars.In the meantime, I know there are many people who love CoreAO, and I am always happy to take other facts or opinions into consideration.If you know a lot about leaky gut, SIBO, Colitis, Crohn's, IBS, IBD, and related issues, and if you have facts to show how the ingredients in this product may or may not affect people with gut issues, I look forward to reading your comments. I love this stuff! I started using it for general health reasons. All other anti-oxidant products I've used actually make me feel tired, so I thought I'd try this one to see how I felt, and in addition to not feeling tired, I got an amazing result I hadn't counted on. I have arthritis in my hands, and it gets especially bad during the spring/summer/fall when I'm gardening. This summer, NO PAIN IN MY HANDS! It's been awesome! No more ibuprofen at bedtime so I could sleep, no more unconsciously rubbing my sore hands all the time, no more icing and heat alternating to alleviate the pain! And now finding it on Amazon so I can just order it without any hassle, delivered to my door in a couple of days. It's a total win-win for me. Now that the weather is getting colder, I make it hot with a squeeze of lemon or lime juice and it's just perfect! I do dilute it more than the directions tell you to do since it's a little strong for me, and I figure that's better anyway because I'm drinking more water that way. Love, love, love it.

I did not notice any improvement after taking it for a month. I am probably already getting the nutrients in my diet from other sources so it was not a spectacular turnaround that some people see. I think if you had followed a very unhealthy diet before and you stopped eating all the sugars and added this to your plan it would be beneficial. For me and my husband we noticed no change. Also, I found the cost prohibitive barring a miraculous turnaround.

I use this stuff for 30 days. When I first started it took almost a week to feel the effects of it but once I did , It has made my knees feel good and it actually curves your appitie if you drink on it all day. I make one cup and drink it all day.Will be buying more.Coreao😍

We were looking for a product containing Mangosteen and Green Tea. We tried Core AO. We liked it and felt like it provided the benefits we were looking for. We like the convenience of the sticks when traveling. We had been using a liquid canned product from another company. It got to expensive and the shipping was ridicules.We have reordered Core AO. The taste is very good as well.

Very difficult to get to completely mix in a bottle of chilled water. Does not taste nearly as good as Mio or other water enhancers you get at the store. I've consumed one of them and now they're sitting there. Will likely throw the rest away. Expensive lesson.

Normally love this product but am leary after opened and torn package.

The stuff is truly helpful for certain inflammation issues. But the packaging kinda sucks as it uses too much plastic for the little individual packets. Would be better (and possibly cheaper) if they just put it in a bulk container with a measuring scoop spoon.
