Brilliant product
Red footed tortoise really enjoys this. Easy to make and love that you can make a big batch, cut it once it's sets into jelly and then freeze it. Means I can take out and use just what I need. Once defrosted it can be kept in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Love all the Repashy brands!

Excellent if your tortoise eats it
It makes up as instructed, but unfortunately my tortoise wouldn't touch it.

Initially curious tortoise gave way to one that will actively avoid eating this
With edible weeds and flowers not in great supply due to it being winter, and not wanting my tortoise to live solely on Florette's Crispy Salad and Mazuri, I decided to buy Repashy's Grassland Grazer after viewing tortoises going wild on it like teenaged Americans on Spring Break in Tijuana being followed by a reality TV camera crew.I ummed and ahhed whether to go for the small bottle or the big packet, the latter being arguably the better value in terms of cost to weight ratio. I opted for the smaller bottle, just in case...As it turns out, I made the right choice...A small bottle arrived, and I was eager to make it up. Grabbed myself a contained, measured out one part mix to two parts water, and left it to set. It sets pretty quickly into a jelly like, well, jelly, and I ran, not walked, I ran to the tortoise enclosure, scooped some onto his dish, and waited.Popping his little head out, he looked at the jelly, looked at me, looked back at the jelly, and I swear he shook his head at me. He meandered over, looked it over, opened his mouth, thought better of it, walked around it, opened his mouth, sighed (I think he sighed, or he hissed), and then tentatively took a bite. He ate a little more, and then a little more. I mean, it wasn't like the YouTube and Facebook Group videos that I watched, but it was a start. He left more than he ate, but that was ok, it was, after all, brand new to him. With subsequent feeds in the following days he alternately between ignoring it, taking very small bites, and generally ignored it. in forums, people suggested adding small bits of tortoise safe plants into the jelly itself during the settle phase, so I did. Again, this was ignored, very gently nibbled at, or otherwise buried in the substrate.Eventually it came to a point where he wouldn't touch any of his food if the jelly was on it, near it, or even spoken about (maybe not the latter, but you know...)Obviously not all tortoises are the same, some might like it, some won't. It's just a shame that mine actively avoids it now. Still, I might persevere, as I still have most of the bottle left (84g sounds tiny, but it's actually quite a decent amount for many meals, provided your critter likes it).

Absolutely worth every penny
My sulcata loves loves loves this stuff. It's a complete meal too. I can now feed him lettuce everyday with this on top and I know he is getting all his nutrients. It's expensive but so worth every penny knowing my tort is getting what he needs especially since he is inside all winter. Continue to buy. Easy to make. This pic I made little runnier then normal so I added less water and works great. Recommend to everyone with grassland tort.

Mix in Some Vegetable Fiber and It's Good Stuff
My tortoise loves it. Full of sound ingredients for tortoise nutrition. I mix it with a high fiber hay based pellet for the roughage that Mediterranean tortoises need for optimum digestive health. My only qualm is that it's a bit pricey.
