The bed is really good – comfortable and well-designed. However, the storage drawer underneath doesn’t extend across the full half of the bed, which limits the usable space. Also, for better durability, the support under the upper lids could have been full-length to enhance strength and overall build quality.

Good and sturdy product. Value for money.

The bottom or bed base delivered, they have not provided a sturdy bed and it is very poor quality. So if the floor gets wet, it might affect the clothes and all. You cannot elevate the bed as well for cleaning purposes cozz the base is not really attached to the bed itself. This things are not mentioned in the product description and one should not proceed to buy this cause if anything goes wrong or not as er your preference they don't return the item.

The packaging was good. It fit perfectly in the room. For a first time customer of wakefit, the quality is great actually. When you order with the same size of wakefit mattress with it, it gives ultimate comfort. And about the look of this bed, it gives simple and classy look in the room.

The product itself is good, and we purchased it based on reviews, so there are no problems with its quality or reliability. However, the delivery team had been the worst; they literally caused me a terrible experience. First, I ordered the bed on April 28 and Wakefit cancelled it on their own on May 15, wasting my half-month. Then, I ordered it a second time, and this time, they came to my residence on May 23 and refused to deliver, citing a lack of manpower to carry the logistics and instead they asked me to provide the manpower. I complained to Wakefit, but they did nothing, and after a lot of effort made by me they finally delivered it on 29 th may and that without installation process and finally today on 1 june they installed it so if you have lots of patience and plenty of time you may order this

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Superb service within 15 minutes of delivery, the bed installed. Lightening speed. Product is also good at this price. Big king size nice.
