I bought this as part of a Christmas gift for my wife. Being a resilient, independent, dare-I-say stubborn woman, she resents any support, but truth be told she could do with something like this. So she put it on briefly 2 days after Christmas when a friend called round after I tried to explain the gift to her (because of course my wife greeted it with nothing by disdain). So my wife tried it on then because her friend wanted something just like it -though it proved too big for her. It seems to be the right size for my wife, but she has worn it too briefly so far to know if it does her or by extension, me, any good.In truth it was a partly selfish gift in two ways: firstly because she looks better when she sits and stands straight. But that does not come naturally to her. Secondly, if she keeps going the way she is, carrying the weight of the world on her shoulders and acting that part, she will eventually need to be lifted herself and I'm afraid the world and HER weight together might prove beyond my capabilities.It does seem like the manufacturers are keen to support their product (no pun intended) and offer after-sales services and advice so I can't fault anything about what I've seen. If it came with an attitude-corrector it might be advantageous, but I guess that's beyond the remit of this device. So in lieu of evidence to the contrary I shall assume this item deserves top marks and reserve the right to modify the rating at a later date once I convince Mrs. Atlas to climb down off her back-bending high-horse saddle and admit mortality.

I'm struggling to see how the reviews for this are so good.What this product doesn't tell you is that for it to pull your shoulders back it has to use a pivot. That pivot is your neck. This put a lot of pressure on my lower neck and felt like it was pushing my head forward. Very uncomfortable to wear. It needs to be fairly tight because otherwise it doesn't even pull your shoulders back. Even on the tightest level i'm able to pull my shoulders further back just using muscle control so for me it tells me i need to build my back muscles to get better posture.

This product does exactly what it says it will do, but it will only work if you understand how to use it correctly!I see reviews complaining of pain and discomfort, but that is a direct result of not understanding what this product is designed to do. It is NOT a brace, and is NOT designed to force you into good posture and hold you there. If it was, it would be useless. Fixing bad posture is about correcting muscle imbalances and training the body to hold itself in a different position on it's own... forcibly bracing the body into position does nothing at all, and can even exasperate the problem.When properly adjusted, this product will be comfortable to wear to the point of you not even knowing it's there... as long as you maintain good posture. If you start to slouch or roll your shoulders forwards it becomes uncomfortable, which is your physical cue to check your posture and sit back up straight. Over time this will increase the strength of your back and shoulder muscles, correcting the imbalance. At the same time, maintaining good posture will become second nature without you even needing to think about, and without the need for physical cues. That's the point at which this product has done it's job and you can stop using it.So this product is a trainer, not a brace. Use it as such and the results will come, you just need to have patience and understand that it won't happen overnight. For me personally, it took about 2 weeks using it for ~3-4 hours every day, but your results may vary. Overall, I recommend it.

I bought this after reading the great reviews but still couldn't believe that such a simple brace could produce such impressive results. I bought two of them for myself and my husband and we each noticed an improvement in our posture and back pain within the first day of wearing them. I have tendonitis in my shoulders and my husband has arthritis in his neck and back and we have each felt a significant reduction in pain both when wearing the device and also at night having worn them during the day. Far from finding them uncomfortable in the beginning we have felt the benefits from the start and have no negatives to report. Highly recommended!

Right. I rarely give reviews, but this merits it. Clearly, this product is German, and in my experience that is rarely a bad thing. This is a good quality, well-made product which works very well for me. NOT ONLY THIS, but helpful messaging from the seller comes with an attachment about posture generally, how to achieve it etc. No unlock codes or anything, they just sent it by PDF straight after I ordered. Everything about the paperwork and packaging within suggests good, caring, customer service. At this price point, I was not expecting anything like this. WELL DONE MODETRO!! I struggle to see how anyone could be disappointed BUT make sure you order a big enough one. I measured for a small but bought the medium as the site suggests, and it is the ideal fit.

I purchased this a couple of weeks ago but wanted to see if it made any difference before I posted a review. Its working very well and it's also helping the pain I get in my shoulder. I only wear it an hour in the morning and an hour at night but when it's off im automatically aware of how I'm sitting etc. My partner is also getting one now from seeing the results. Highly recommend it. The seller has been really good aswell sending a few emails to see how its ok and of they can help in any way.

This is quite good. It feels like a backpack with really tight straps around your shoulders, so it forces you to pull them back and thus straighten your back. Make sure to only wear for short periods initially, because I have a pain in my neck after a few days. I hope this is a good sign.Service is good too.
