Amazing product! This probiotic literally changed my life. I started taking it after having abdominal surgery and went from using the bathroom once a week to using the bathroom every day or every other day. They're easy to use, there is no smell, easy to swallow, small bottle, so you're not getting a lot for what you're paying, but it is a quality product as far as probiotics go.Gut health is essential, so these are going to do the trick for anybody wanting to balance their ph, or help with digestion. I just wish you got more in a bottle for the price, but they are a wonderful product.
