Don't waste your money on the 1 person portable infrared sauna.Size: I am 5'9" and my shoulders touch the top when sitting up. I tried sitting on ground like another reviewer suggested & my hair kept getting caught in the zipper. It also feels very confining when you can't see your body. It is too small to move at all, so it is like sitting up in a straight jacket. Also, the heat doesn't go high enough up to help my shoulders or neck at all.Material: After using it several times, there are all kinds of threads hanging off. You can feel cool air at all of the zipper points. And, the neck hole is so large, even when velcroed, I am sure too much hot air is escaping.Temperature: It oscilates between saying 123 & 131 deg. I couldn't get it to say 140 deg. Then, I thought maybe it is really 140 and just says 131, so I brought an external thermostat in and it was actually only 118 deg!If you decide you really want to give this a try, be sure to keep your box. Unlike most Amazon products, this one requires the original box to return it.

For a at-home sauna this is great. It does the job. It is easy to fold up and take out whenever you want to use. Good for the money.

If you wish you had a real sauna in your house but don’t got the money for it, this is your next best alternative. I usually use the real sauna at the gym before my workouts to trigger HGH (human growth hormone) and get my heart rate up as well. The real sauna gets up to 160-180 F. This one heats up to 140 and I sit in it for 25 mins. My skin doesn’t feel as hot as when I use the real sauna but I definitely work up my heart rate and sweat profusely in this thing. I also don’t keep my head out. I just cover up the hole and sit completely zipped up in it crossed legged.I’m worried that the extra 20 degrees missing is robbing me of HGH production but I’m just gonna hope for the best because I’m still having better sleep and don’t see any differences between this and the real one yet.I think I can say I love it so far. It’s only week 3 and I’ve used it 5 times. I just take a nice lukewarm shower after and I feel like a million bucks. Plus, it heats up in under 10 mins. Cant beat that.

I realize there is a return window period, but a product should not stop working for no reason after 4 uses. My last portable sauna (Different company) lasted 17 years. I would appreciate some customer service and a refund for the defective merchandise. Amazon is not helpful in matters like this. DISAPPOINTING.
